Ernest Hemingway was a world-renowned author, traveler and drinker. The Hemingway Daiquiri is a classic rum cocktail named in his honor. Was it made for him? On July 21st he would celebrate his 121st birthday. So we made a Cocktail Time episode dedicated to his life in Havana and his discovery of the Daiquiri. 60ml (2 oz) Havana Club 3 Años
30ml (1 oz) grapefruit juice
15ml (1/2 oz) lime juice
1 barspoon Maraschino liqueur
1 barspoon simple syrup
