All morning long we have been exploring through the south of France and we've been
yeah like going through insane weather and it got completely wet but it finally cleared up.
We have one more place that we want to check today and I believe this one can be the golden one.
It's supposed to be completely furnished. There's another abandoned place over here
but that doesn't seem like it's worth it. It should be in the street here to the right.
That's the gate. Okay we come into some backyard that possibly was part of the castle back then.
Even some cars left here. We'll check those out closer. Yeah a couple of cars. Later on
we'll check those out but I first want to see that castle. Let's go through the gate here.
Oh yeah there it is. You can see it through the trees. Looks really cool.
The windows up there are open. Of course the first thing you have to do
is check if the door is open. Just right open. Let's go. Let's go in.
Okay I mean the first room that we enter into is quite bad.
What?
We found a castle this week that carried the scars of a family torn apart by war.
A family who sent both father and son to fight yet neither of them truly came home.
Built in the mid-1800s it was once a proud symbol of success. Its towers and carved stoneworks spoke
of a family rising through the ranks of French society. Gilded mirrors, ornate clocks stopped
decades ago and a stern portrait of a man who once ruled these halls with quiet authority.
The father fought in the second world war. Two decades later his son Henry was sent to Algeria,
riding home from a conflict that few understood and even fewer came back from unchanged.
Among the papers scattered across the floors we found his letters. At first hopeful then uneasy
as if he sensed something dark was waiting ahead. After that the family's trail fades.
The money remained but something essential was gone.
The castle was sealed, the doors locked and time moved on without them.
Welcome back everybody to the Bros of Decay. I am Lesley and behind the camera we have Luc.
We are today in the south of France and we have this wonderful manoir, chateau, however you want
to call it, here in the countryside of this of this country. And we just went through all the
paperwork inside of the house and we found some juicy details about the former owners of this
place. But first let's show you a little bit of this part where we came in when we first entered
into this place and it's a mess. It is a mess. It's nothing. No. But it's always, I'm so surprised
like with castles you have such bad kitchens in a lot of cases. And I think it has to do
that these places were reserved only for servants but it's a bit strange. Yeah this seems very small.
Yeah very small and also not like elegant in any way. One thing that we noticed in this room is
that on top of the fireplace there are two mummified cats standing up here. And we know that the former
owner Jack was a hunter and loved taxidermy but that's very disturbing. That is very weird. Yeah
I love the lantern here though as well. It's a very cool feature of this place.
And we can also see some lovely old toys from the former child. So they had one child called Henry
but they supposedly also had a lot of grandchildren. And there is a child that I cannot really decipher
from the letters. So it's possible that they probably had two children. Yeah. But I'm not entirely
sure about that fact. Hey let's leave this kitchen behind. There's also a basement that we would
really like to show. Yes. Watch out there's a big hole down here. Oh yeah right. I think it's
like a septic tank or something. Look at this room here. You could see that somebody left a quick
glass of wine. It's so much. Probably like 200, 400, 500, maybe a thousand bottles are down here
in the basement. Yeah and it still continues. Yeah and they're all empty. So you definitely know that
the last person, probably Jack, maybe Marie had a liquor problem. Or like they host a lot of parties.
Damn. Even they are ranked here by their region, Bredon. But we also have like the ages up there.
I cannot really read what it says. 1953. And then there's more over here. Oh right. And this
says empty bottles, but all of them are empty. One thing that I've learned from my uncle who lost
wine, is that the deeper the hole is in the wine bottle, the better the wine is. Oh really? I'm not
sure if that's a true fact, but I've noticed that wine bottles with deeper holes are in general
better wines. These are pretty deep. So that's some good wines. Let's see if there's something else here
in the basement. It spans into the whole of the castle yeah. I mean yeah, what else? Some wine bottles.
Okay let's head upstairs, because there's some awesome things that we have to show you in this
Let's go over there. I was so surprised when I first walked into this home. I turned the corner
and then I see this massive painting here on the wall. Yeah. We did a little bit more research on
this place and especially this painting. And we can tell that it is crafted in the mid 19th century.
It shows a politician or a wealthy person, but also the frame around it is very important,
because it's Rococo style from the mid 19th century. And it's also gold burnished. Beautiful
shelves and everything around it. It's a very very important piece and it shows wealth.
Yeah. I really love these coat hangers, head hangers I would say. Yeah I would say coat hangers.
Like from the animals. Yeah. The feet of the animals and the horns of the animals.
The man definitely had a lot of fun doing that. Jack was definitely a hunter that lived here.
Yeah. And the family that started living here was started this place in the mid 19th century. Of
course they spent a longer time back, but the people back in that time built these places
especially to show their wealth. That's a very very beautiful cabinet. Yeah. It's sad to see it
in the state that it is in, but it's definitely not restorable anymore. Termites have completely
burrowed their way into the wood of this piece. But yeah, it looks nice. Lovely chair next to
there. And I also really enjoy these doors. They are so incredibly smooth and they are a bit high
up from the ground and also have a lot of padding. Oh yeah. You sometimes see them in these castles.
Like they stay smooth forever for some reason. Huh. I don't know why we don't make doors like
that anymore. It's interesting. They are awesome. There's like a horse hair inside of it. Oh really?
Yeah. All the bed linen. Yeah. I love it so much. The servants that worked here to make the beds.
Later we will go upstairs here. I do want to point out the clock over here.
It's so tall. Just stand next to it for reference. That's awesome right? Yeah it's really cool.
What a piece. No more guns in there. And they also had like a little table over here as well in the
corner. Oh yeah this is some hunting gear and such. Is this not one of those old trumpets that they
used? Yeah like a clown. Oh but like for to start and stop the hunting. Right. Yeah. I thought they
used trumpeteers or something. Like also the yeah. Yeah right. Yeah this looks kind of like the clown
horn. Yeah. The gun the bullets. Yeah and the belt as well. Yeah. Then we have a horn of a cow or
something. Yeah. The butcher's knife. Wow. Yeah i wonder if he did any taxidermy himself or.
There's a possibility that it could be. Yeah. Okay let's move on further into the next section of the
house and you're not gonna believe your eyes. The living space of the house. I think also one of the
most interesting rooms. Yeah. In this entire place. I'm missing something here in the middle.
Am i wrong about that? No. No no no. I feel that too. There's not really a dining room right?
No it is not. It could have been here yeah. Can that make sense? That would have made sense yeah.
Yeah but then again there's like there's no chandelier or lamp to hang down above the
dining table so. Sad. Yeah. Yeah it's weird. But that could have also been like a game room or a
reading room or. Yeah over here they have some games. Could this have been our beloved Henry
uh our beloved Jack and Marie. Marie Louise. No no just that's not a date. There's a lot of pictures
in this place that we want to show you. So this man links to this one. I think that's the younger
version. Yeah yeah. So yeah we see here a child wedding. Okay i'm joking. A date on there. It's not
really a date on there. Just made in Paris. And then we have a very small picture. I think again
of a young man. And what looks like also the uniform. Yeah it's hard to say but there are
more pictures still. Yeah exactly. And then we have a lovely setup here. Not one but two
massive mirrors in this room. Massive ones. Yeah. Really love them. Oh this is interesting look. Oh
hey. This is three times the same. Yeah yeah. Looks like three times the same. But that's not Henry.
That looks like a girl. That doesn't look like a girl but this is also a very old type of photography.
So maybe it's Marie-Louise. Yeah it could have been Marie-Louise in her younger years. Very young
years. Very young. Yeah. We have pictures here as well on the walls of castles. But it's not this
castle. And also here's another one. Probably affiliated castles. Oh yeah. And look at this
wall piece over here. So this is a Louis XV style wall clock made in Paris. But what I find
extremely intriguing about this is that all the bronze on it eroded and corroded over time.
And it's blue. I've never seen this blue. Like I know the the green one. What was it called? Patina
or something. Yeah Patina yeah. I know that one. But like this type of blue I've never seen as...
I didn't even know nature could do that. No. It's never in my thousands of buildings that I've
explored I have seen a clock like that before. Yeah. The clock itself is really beautiful and
the blue is also kind of beautiful. It's beautiful in some way right? Yeah. It stands out. I don't know
if it's healthy though. Probably not. Probably it should not stand too close to it. We have more
blue stuff over here. Yeah. So we got these candelabras here. And they are Napoleon III
style. But they also have the same kind of erosion on there. Yeah. And also this clock here in the
middle. The lying lady. Really really nice piece. Yeah the clock itself the mechanism is gone. Yeah.
All the marble is still here. Wow. See you can still see a little bit of the exposed bronze over
here. Oh yeah. Yeah. It's so strange. With the towers even also completely corroded.
And the bellows still in good shape. Yeah. It's really weird. Yeah. But it's only bronze that
does that? I think so. I'm not sure. Yeah. I've never seen it before. Yeah. I mean I've seen so
many bronze things throughout my life. But like yeah it is definitely bronze yeah. I really love
this clock. Yeah. Very romantic let's say. Yeah Napoleon III style is meant to portray romanticism.
And also in the candelabras you can see it here how beautifully they are crafted.
And they're electrified of course as well. Yeah. It must have been a very nice setup here. You see
the chairs. Yeah. The feet rests underneath there. This would be cozy.
Lovely the city and then a massive mirror. What do we have here? Oh somebody was busy drawing things.
It's hard to say who. Does that have a name over there?
That looks like a Greek.
Hi. Do I see Henry here? It could be H-E-N-R-Y. It could be. Well what is in front of the H?
M? J? M is their surname. M-H-E-N-R-Y. M-H-E-N-R-Y. M-H-E-N-R-Y. Okay. This was Henry's work.
Henry was loved. Yeah look at this. Oh it's really nice. Beautifully made.
And also probably this one then. Yeah let's say to assume that.
Wow. I feel like. This one is from Jacques. Oh really? 1988 or maybe even a grand. Okay.
That's old. Damn. This drawing is really nice. Yeah. Look over there. That's possibly also Henry
in his young years. Look at the cigarettes over here. So nicely packed.
Wow. I love this over here. Also with the with the ink jars and everything and how they could
write here. A little working desk. Marie-Louise. Her head still lying here. I love it. Oh and oh
the painting above there is also very interesting. Some sort of nature landscape. So as we can. Yeah.
It's not much left of it. As we can see here Henry has definitely brought out his younger years in
this place. He lived here. But at a certain point in 19. Around 1950 the Algerian war started. Which
France was of course part of. Because they were. They colonialized Algeria. And then they send
out troops there. And Henry had fought in that war. Later on in this room we will see dozens
of letters that he written to his parents. And he has sustained severe traumas from that war.
We read in those letters. But that we'll come to later. Here we can see a depiction of his
childhood a little bit. Which is very beautiful. The Algerian war was one of France's darkest and
most divisive conflicts. It began in 1954 when Algerian nationalists rose up against French rule.
Demanding independence after more than a century of colonization. What followed was a brutal eight
year struggle. Ambushes, torture and civilian massacres on both sides. More than two million
French soldiers were sent to North Africa. Most of them young conscripts like Henry. For many
it was a war they didn't choose. And one they were forbidden to speak about when they came home.
Even today it remains a painful subject in France. A war that left deep scars not only on a nation.
But on countless families who never truly recovered.
So we have another wall table here. With a few more pictures on there. Let's see if we can find
it. It's a bit wobbly here and everything is falling off. Be a bit careful. Just some family
pictures. I think they're a bit too small. Yeah. To make out anything. Some postcards maybe?
From the arms. This looks like the first world war. Yeah. I do know that Jacques,
the father of the family, also fought in the second world war. So this house has been scarred
over the years by war. Did you see the wall's colors? Yeah and it's also completely blue.
I actually want one of these. They feel a little bit fluffy in some way. So cute.
And then the deer on the wall as well. I've seen better days. The hunting trophy. Yeah.
I mean it says a date underneath there. 1929. That has been hanging here for a hundred years.
Poor animal. Wow. A couple more chairs around here. And then of course what is a castle
without a nice piano? Pleyel, it says on there. Still plays nice. You think so?
No, it's very badly tuned. I mean I'm already impressed that it still plays after such a long
time. Yeah, that's true. Yeah, they made some really nice pianos back in the day.
Yeah, knickknacks and things up there.
Here you can see how the roots are infiltrating everywhere. The castle. I think honestly this
one is untamable. Yeah, unfortunately. With the region that it's in, the state that it's in,
like how the plasterwork is falling onto the sconces even.
Unfortunately you have to completely strip it bottom to top to make anything from it.
But yeah, that's why we are here to forever put this on the internet. And that's why you
need to watch it, like it and subscribe to the channel. Because this is important history that
we are documenting here today. Let me check it out. Oh, oh, oh, oh. Also check out that
Frozen DK merch. Yes. Looking fresh. Looking fresh in the merch. The merch helps us also
travel to these places and bring these videos to you all. Because it's not cheap to travel around
the world to film these places. Hey, we have another lovely room. And again I'm missing a
table. I'm missing something here. Yeah, I think this would be the dining room. Yeah, because you
have the rosary up there with the chandelier. And then a big table would be underneath here.
Yeah, that's what I feel like. That would be the setup in my mind as well. But it's not the case
anymore. Around 1980, Jack and Marie both are not here anymore. They are gone.
Their letters stop. I cannot find anything about them online. They maybe moved somewhere. But what
happened to them? I don't know. We don't know. But we do know about Henry. Because Henry unfortunately
took his own life due to trauma, alcoholism and PTSD. That's what I read from the letters. I'm not
entirely sure. But like they mentioned him as a distant, a gone person. And they also
tell that he did something to himself. Letters from him during his wartime. Yeah, during his wartime.
So yeah, it's a big question mark what happened to this castle from the minor research that we did.
Who are that? Yeah, I also saw that. That's probably Marie-Louise. Who is this man?
It could be Jack. It could indeed be Jack. The paint set. Oh right. From Henry still lying here.
Damn, that's lovely. And here you can also see the roots. Yeah. Taking over the walls in this place.
Clinging themselves to everything. Wow. Oh, maybe I should also give a little look at the plates.
Oh. Limoges. That's not so far from here. That's cool. Lovely. And yeah, the hunting wall. Yeah,
the hunting wall with a big mirror, the fireplace, the chairs next to it. Everything looks amazing
here in this setting. Truly love it. And then also the drink next to the table here. To warm up by the fire.
Yeah, Grand Marier. That's the typical French drink. That will warm you up, yeah. Yeah, that would
definitely warm you up. Look at those. Are these donut plates? That doesn't even look like a deer.
Is it? No, it's a deer as well. I know what you're saying. It looks odd. Maybe the taxidermy is just
really old. Yeah. This one is looking to the side. But you said before that he might have made this
taxidermy himself. Could have been true. Yeah. And there's so many here. Yeah. And then we have
the big fireplace. Everything on top of there. This bronze is not corroded. No. You see there's
also some corrosion lying here. Hmm. Somebody cleaned it? Weird. I really don't know. But I really
love this piece. Yeah. What was it used for? Did it also used to have a clock in there or something?
This has a clock mechanism in the middle here. Yeah. A very common piece. You see it a lot.
Really beautiful. And a wonderful, wonderful mirror above there. The kilding. Scallops in there.
Some real beauty in this house. And then a wonderful Italian fireplace.
The ironwork still in here. The bellows next to it. This was such a nice piece.
An acorn? A squirrel. A squirrel holding an acorn.
Sorry. In Dutch we say acorn to squirrel for some reason. Yeah. We have a weird language.
And this is a? Yeah. Falcon? It is hard to say. I'm not sure though. Yeah. Wow. So many animals.
And a big, big cabinet filled with liquors and everything.
Oh. Oh, what's that? Whoa. Oh, whoa. I just picked it up. That's the castle. That's so cool.
All the girls playing outside. And this has also an article attached to it. Oh. Oh, that's it.
It's just a group of, uh, yeah, of the, of the young girls, like the, like the Girl Scouts,
something like that. Oh, they spend the 10 days here in the castle. Oh, that's cool. That's so
lovely. That picture is awesome. Yeah. I love that picture. It looks a bit cult-y. I feel what
you're saying. I feel what you're saying. Yeah. Big cabinet used to be filled to the plates.
And then we come here to the table that holds a lot of interesting history. Oh yeah. This has all
the pictures, like for example, this one, look at it. This is inside the castle and we can see
probably Jack here with his son Henry back in the time. And it says here that, uh, he's wearing a,
um, Napoleon outfit, uh, second empire outfit. Wow. That's right over there. They were sitting
and there used to be a table here. Look, we're not wrong. Yeah. And then there's so many more
pictures. The family, them getting married, them getting children, being in church.
But that's Jack again, my Louise in their younger years. So many pictures lying here.
How the family grew up throughout the years. I really love it. Wow.
Is there anything else we want to show on this table? Uh, well, the book over there, I've,
I've never heard of this, uh, where you collect postcards. This is the postcard book.
The postcard book. But the postcard book also includes the castle. Oh, this is the castle.
That's probably one of the first ones they collected. I really like these postcards. Yeah.
They are really nice, but I've never heard of collecting postcards. I know of postage stamps,
of course. Yeah. But I think collecting postcards is just as beautiful. Yeah. These are really nice.
Wow. Is that Lotus? That's Lotus. Yeah. This is also Lotus. Visited with my mom.
That's quite an offensive one. Yeah, it looks offensive. Yeah. Wow. Oh, that's,
that's such a cool find. Yeah. Yeah. Lovely rooms. Let's head on further. Let's go.
Back in the hallway again. And from here we can go upstairs. But first let's have a look
over here because it looks like somebody definitely did some work over here at the desk.
Yeah. A tiny little desk. You know what this is?
Waffles. Oh. A thousand layers. That's like a French pastry. Oh. Yeah. It's like everything.
Like this is just a cookbook. Nice. With all recipes and everything in there.
A few pictures of important people. Yeah. I was wondering like who these were.
I mean this house has been built during the time of Napoleon. So yeah. They definitely
were affiliated or looked up to those kinds of people back then. And they yeah. Portraits of
them in the house. Wonderful cabinet. Massive cabinet. It's almost as high as the wall clock.
Wow. Oh yeah. Filled with junk. Yeah. Wow. That's a big book up here. Yeah. I took it.
But I had no idea what it was. That's an encyclopedia. There we saw that as well.
Even more of those. Yeah. Hunting legs. Cool. Yeah. Was there another room over here?
Oh yeah. Look. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That was the kind of the cozy room. Yeah. Like a little lounging room.
Look at that. Yeah. A chaise longue here. A couple of hats on top of there.
Sewing machine. Yeah. Oh. Some pictures. Oh. Also some pictures here.
Oh. Vacation. That's definitely not France. Oh.
Look at them. Oh. They're so cute. Yeah. Definitely suggested there was more than
Henry in this place. Yeah. There were definitely more children.
Kaiser. Yeah. Kaiser. Don't come across Kaisers that often.
This is the box of the toy we found earlier. Is it? Oh. It looks like it. Yeah. Yeah it is.
Oh yeah. It's such a cool toy though. Yeah. I wish children still played with these kinds of toys.
Oh. I used to have these toys as a kid because my dad had it and then I got to play with it.
Oh really? Yeah. This is like the instruction manual. How to put it together. Yeah. You could
make several things with one box usually. Oh yeah. Look at that. Oh. I'm gonna get one of
these for my child. That's lovely. And then here we have a secretary desk with all the different
drawers and some letters that have been sent over the years. Most of it is accountancy right?
Yeah. Yeah. It's basically all accountancy. Yeah. I love these desks. Very well documented. Yeah.
Everything down there also accountancy. Yeah. Or stuff about the castle.
And a lovely big mirror over here. Oh right. Everything is large in this place. Yeah.
I mean that also these very tall ceilings. So yeah. But it's really nice if you have these
really tall ceilings. You just put in these really tall things. Yeah it is. Okay let's go up. Yes.
One thing I find very strange in these places is that they half covered the windows. Like this one
and that one up there as well. And we were just debating if this was a original part or something
that they might have done later in renovations. Yeah we were speculating that maybe you have light
on on this floor and the floor above with one window. It's just strange. It doesn't look like
authentic or something like that. No. I have seen it before though. It's not that it's the first
time I'm seeing this. No. But like from here it just seems so weird. Yeah. Okay there you have it
Could be could be original. Yeah. Okay a little table here in the hallway. Yeah.
Oh did you check the the gun box? I mean it's a... No. Oh there's more of the... Oh yeah.
Wow that's interesting. Okay I'm gonna warn you the upstairs is quite a mess. It's a big mess.
But there's some interesting rooms that we do want to show up here that are worth the effort of
going through this. You okay? I'm okay. Yeah I got it. Okay I think this is one of the two rooms up here
that is still quite nice. The bed has seen better days. Yeah this bed is done for.
That's the straw. Massive springs. Yeah look. That's hair. Oh no that's actually just straw.
Yeah those massive springs right? Yeah. But that could not be comfortable.
It seems like a very bad situation to sleep on. And over here you can look through the roof.
Literally see the attic from here. Okay this this place is even more unsavable than we first thought.
Yeah. I like this horse. Oh yeah that's cute. The rocking horse.
Henry probably had a lot of fun on there.
Lovely bed. Slate bed as you can see. Very short. In general they were like 1 meter 80, 1 meter 90 in
length. Very sturdy as well. Really nice frame though. It's simplistic but I like it. I think
it's very like robust. Yeah. You could call it. A couple pictures up here as well. Don't know who
those were. No. I thought it looked really sharp. Yeah it does. I mean the picture quality back then
was quite good. Because of our analog of course. Yeah if you had the money. If you had the money.
And then yeah the fireplace there. The nice clock and everything. I don't know who slept in this
room. It could have been the parents though. Yeah. It was common for them to sleep separate from each
other. So yeah. Could have been the case. Let's look here in the cabinets. Yeah that looks like
filled with clothes. It looks like the clothes from Marie Louise. Yeah it looks
pretty good still. Yeah she lived here like until 30-40 years ago.
Just keeps it dry and everything. Yeah. Okay let's move on to the next room.
Because I have had some thoughts about the rooms in this property. But this one
I believe is Henry's room. Oh yeah. We can be pretty sure about that right? Yeah
definitely. You have the ships down here. The model ships. They probably really love to construct.
There's another one over there on the table. Is this also like a building package that you could
order and then build? Yeah I think so. It does look like it. Maybe they could hand paint it themselves.
Glue it all together. Yeah this one isn't finished yet. But there should be a rope on here and stuff.
We are gonna blur this booklet over here. Oh yeah. But I also read in here that they still
had an enormous amount of money in 1987 on their bank accounts. They were
quite rich people that lived here. So that was definitely not a problem for them. Money.
I love the bed here. Again slate bed with these yellow covers. And the story of Henry
has unfolded through all of these paperworks that I found. These are all paperworks that Henry sent
to his parents. So it's here it says Cherpon 1958. And he just tells about his life in Algeria and
in the war. And it's also signed by Henry down here. And he just talks about the day-to-day
life in the camps. And he tries to a little bit like bloom it a little bit. Like make it better
than it is. Yeah it's a touching story. Yeah and in some of these letters that I read he also wrote
that there was like a lot of casualties with his comrades and everything. So it's a very sad story
that unfolded. Especially for the parents receiving these letters as well.
It must have been quite hard. Every single letter you see here lying on the floor is all from his
time in Algeria. I opened a lot of them but I of course didn't have time to open all of them.
No. You can see he was quite bored but also quite stressed during that time. All the clocks are
missing. Yeah and those internal clock pieces are quite expensive. Yeah. So people steal them.
I love how the candles are also like bent over over time by the heat. Yeah it's always such a
strange sight. Yeah you see it in movies but it's actually a real thing.
Yeah. Oh and this bundle of letters is also quite interesting. And here I found out through those
letters they come from before the first world war, second world war. That's from 1939. And they talk
about the time that Jacques was in the war. And this could have been one of those hats
you wear in the military. You think so? No it's just more fashion. More like a hunting hat.
That looks so weird. Yeah. Okay let's go further. Yeah. Yeah I mean upstairs it's completely
falling. That's nothing anymore. No. But we promised you we're gonna look at, take a look
at the cars and show you the architecture from the outside. So let's go do that right now.
The wind is blowing hard outside. Yes. What a beautiful place. Yeah. Why is it so windy today?
I mean it was raining all day all morning so we should be glad it's just wind. When we arrived
the sun was shining there was no wind. If you look at it from this side it looks more like a farm
than it looks like a castle or a manoir. It's definitely like renovated a lot of times as well.
Yeah. So this is a around mid-19th century built castle style, manor style building. Definitely
not fortified in any way. And you can see it's neo-gothic, neo-renaissance. High towers,
high windows, steep roofs. I really love it. What was that era called again? Where people
uprised and became a new group of people? Oh the bourgeoisie. Bourgeoisie, yeah that's what
these people were. Yeah definitely. You can see it in everything. Yeah. It's so bulky.
You look at it from here it looks so massive, so bulky indeed like you say.
Okay let's have a look at the cars. Yes let's go. Let's go. That needs some WD-40. Yeah.
Yeah. Oh watch out. Carefully, carefully. We're good, we're good. Yeah. Yeah so these are also
buildings. These are also like, I think it used to be houses or outhouses for the servants back
in the time. Yeah. It's a little courtyard. Yeah. Wow. Look at this. An old Citroën.
They have here some cat food. Yeah. It does look like cat food. Yeah.
But I did spot a cat here before so. 2002. 2002. The insurance is from. Yeah. Could have
definitely been something like from the last inhabitants on the old, what do you call these
type cars. This is a goat. Oh really. Two horsepower. Oh yeah. In Dutch we call it a duck.
You call it a duck? Yeah. Oh yeah. I think the French call it a goat. Yeah. A Citroën two horsepower
car. They look a lot like the Beatles. Yeah. From the Volkswagen. Yeah. I really love them as well.
Yeah they're really cute. They have been standing here for quite some time. Yeah. Let's see if it

And thank you for coming with me. Thank you all for watching. And we see you next week with another
