I love being a mom. It's the best decision I ever made for my life.
It's amazing that we happened to do this together.
Orlando Bloom giving fans a peek into his new life,
co-parenting daughter Daisy with ex Katy Perry.
She definitely pushes me to be the best version of myself.
The Lord of the Rings star sharing these intimate new photos on Instagram,
less than a week after the stars confirmed their split.
The snaps appear to be taken days ago,
as the modern family enjoy time together on a yacht off the Italian coast.
Here's Katy smiling ear to ear while Daisy sits on dad's shoulders.
And that's Orlando's arm wrapped around his 14-year-old son Flynn,
whom he shares with model Miranda Kerr.
I think my level of compassion, being a father, you know,
you kind of have a new sense of responsibility.
Here he is getting some more quality time,
taking in the scenery with his kids,
and relaxing with his 4-year-old, who you can see here wearing some adorable Daisy PJs.
Of course, Daisy changed my life 100%.
On July 3rd, after months of speculation,
reps for Katy and Orlando issued a statement to explain how the former couple have been,
quote, shifting their relationship to focus on co-parenting.
They added,
they will continue to be seen together as a family,
as their shared priority is and always will be
raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect.
We intentionally brought her into this world.
We knew we wanted to have a child.
We knew we were going to, okay, let's do it.
Let's do it as a celebration of all the work that we've done together.
It was perfect timing.
I was able to be there for every moment of all of it.
Orlando wrapped his latest film in April,
so he's enjoying some time off,
while Katy continues her Lifetimes World Tour in North America.
It's so experiential.
All of my shows are super immersive.
In April, the pop star gave me an exclusive look at the Daisy-approved setup backstage.
She will be joining me for certain parts.
She brings her scooter, and she wears her helmet,
and she loves the Dancer Boys.
They teach her dance moves.
She has her own little, like, road case.
She's got all of her crayons, because she loves to do art supplies.
Those are her very own headphones, because the show is loud, y'all.
The show is loud.
So she wears these when she's watching the show.
I'm so grateful, because I get to show the world to my daughter,
see it through her eyes.
