Parmigianino Artist

Parmigianino was a 16thC Italian Mannerist painter and his work is characterized by a "refined sensuality" with elongation of forms including the somewhat untypical Madonna with the Long Neck. He remains the best known artist of the first generation of the early Mannerist Period.
