Welcome to Tanzania My first break Since the border crossing First 100 kilometers were Exhausting Just the road was crap Lots of roadworks, lots of holes in the ground, lots of slow trucks Dusty and Yuck But anyway, it's good now And should be good from now on So I'll have a little bit of rest and we'll hit the road again Chillie's just there standing waiting for me 🎵 Hi, it's a big exciting day I've got 240 kilometers of unpaved road off-road only I'm sort of I think 50k's into it and I'm just taking shortcut after shortcut after shortcut and the road is just getting more Narrower and narrower and narrower So I think it's more for local bicycles more than cars I don't think people here have cars at all In these villages that I'm passing by And I think it's Maasai land there's lots of Maasai's around so Very, very interesting ride So, let's go 🎵 Okay So most of the 350 kilometers on this little truck but I think at the end I might not pass Hello How are you? I must admit The best stuff you see When you get lost And I'm lost for about two hours now And I think I've only done like Maybe 20 kilometers Because I just Coming to end of the road I have to turn around And then You get crossings like this just rocks And they're bloody tiring It's hard work just getting lost I still have like 150 kilometers to go or something I don't make it today I just want to get to the main-ish road And I'll be okay Six kilometers It's gonna be like this I'll stay here for the night Creek again No Just rocks Okay Down and through the middle Yeah Do you have any problem?
