Camboriú House, designed by Terra e Tuma Arquitetos Associados in São Paulo, is a striking single-family residence that transforms a steep 12-meter slope into a dynamic, multi-level living experience. With a main entrance positioned at the upper street—offering panoramic views toward Serra da Cantareira—the house unfolds downward through a sequence of connected spaces, including a bright social level with a pool patio and an open-plan living area, a private bedroom floor below, and a flexible multi-use space with its own independent access at the lowest point. Defined by exposed concrete, abundant natural light, and strong integration with its surroundings, the project showcases a refined architectural response to challenging topography.
