Soup test kitchens probably starting
around 1949 and she worked there until
1962.

>> My mom was 29 when the recipe came into
being and started being promoted by
Campbell Soups.

We'll have a barrel of fun. She was my
beloved wife 60 years. I can't ever
remember sitting down at a table for a
meal with her, which was not a happy
time.

mushroom soup, some soy sauce, and
crispy fried onion.
>> She was developing recipes all the time.
She developed hundreds of recipes, and
that just happened to be a winner.

anniversary of the creation of the green
bean casserole.

2018, I met the Riley family right after
Dorcas had passed away, and it was a way
to tell Dorcas' story.
