Hey my lovely friends! Today we're starting with one cup of oatmeal.
Let's get cooking! Now let's add one full cup of raisins.
Let's throw in a tablespoon of cocoa. And now let's toss in a tablespoon of sesame seeds.
Next, let's add half a cup of dried cranberries.
Let's cook together! Subscribe so you don't miss any yummy treats!
Here's a quick cranberry fun fact for you. Dried cranberries are small but super healthy.
They help protect your body thanks to antioxidants
In energy bars, cranberries add a sweetened tart flavour,
a bit of natural sweetness and a nice chewy texture.
One of my favourite nuts, almonds! Let's add one full cup.
When we lightly toast them, their flavour becomes richer and more intense,
and they release a wonderful aroma.
The almonds get more crispy, which makes your energy bars or desserts even tastier.
I always prefer chopping nuts with a knife instead of blitzing them in a blender.
Why? Because in a blender, nuts quickly turn into tiny crumbs, or even nut butter.
And I like it when the pieces stay big and crunchy.
This way, your bars and desserts have a more interesting texture,
and every bite has a nice crunch.
Time for one three cup of peanuts, our next ingredient.
Thank you for watching my cooking videos and making healthy bars with me.
I'm so happy to share tasty and healthy ideas with you.
Roast the peanuts for 5-7 minutes until they're golden and fragrant.
Did you know? Peanuts are full of protein and healthy fats,
making your bars tasty and nutritious.
Peanuts aren't actually nuts, they're a legume, related to beans and lentils.
Yet we love them for their flavor and nutrition.
Next up, half a cup of prunes, yum and full of goodness.
Prunes are dried plums, and they're full of fiber, which is great for digestion.
They also contain vitamins and antioxidants that support heart health and immunity.
Adding prunes to your bars makes them sweet, tasty and good for you.
Prunes help support bone health, thanks to their high potassium and vitamin K content.
They were even used in ancient Rome as a natural health remedy.
Let's grab two bananas and give them a good mash for our bars.
Banana is a super ingredient. It's packed with potassium for heart and muscle health,
B vitamins for energy, and fiber to support digestion.
We add banana to the bars because it naturally sweetens,
makes the texture soft and moist, and helps bind the ingredients together.
Bananas have been known to humans for over 7,000 years in Southeast Asia.
They were first grown as food and medicine and later became a beloved fruit all around the world.
Time for two tablespoons of Jerusalem artichoke syrup, our next tasty ingredient.
We add Jerusalem artichoke syrup because it naturally sweetens the bars without spiking blood
Let's mix it all together and if you haven't yet, subscribe for more delicious ideas.
Time to transfer the mixture into a pan. Soon it'll be deliciously baked.
Healthy snacks aren't just a way to curb hunger.
They help maintain steady energy and focus throughout the day,
especially if several hours pass between meals.
For example, a small energy bar, a handful of nuts,
or a piece of fruit can boost productivity and mood.
Prevent overeating at lunch or dinner. Provide essential vitamins and minerals,
especially if your main meals were light.
So healthy snacks are not just tasty, but also very good for your body and well-being.
Now let's melt 1-2 cup of chocolate in the microwave.
Then stir in some coconut oil until it's nice and smooth.
Next, we'll cover our energy bars with a layer of chocolate.

I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Chocolate was known to the ancient Maya and Aztecs,
who made a bitter spice drink from cocoa beans.
It took centuries before it became the sweet chocolate bars we love today.
I love decorating healthy bars with different nuts, dried fruits, and seeds.
It not only makes them look beautiful and appetizing,
but also adds different textures and flavours, making every bite interesting and delicious.
Now let's put our healthy bars in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Yay! The healthy bars are all done!
But how can we enjoy these yummy bars without a nice cup of fragrant tea?
A huge thank you for watching the video all the way to the end.
