Ozark Hippie Camp - The Narrows Eleven Point River

look at the size of this tree guys at least 300 year old tree seems enormous guys look at the cedar guys i'm gonna show you something i'm gonna zoom in just a little this is all the old ancient cedar oh there's the branch wow what a beautiful tree i think i'm gonna touch it just because it's so old sometimes when you go outside and uh pray for this tree to be protected but you just touch the tree and let go your problems man take them from you need them damn things i think i'm gonna do the other side just to give them to the tree feels good to release but it's a big old cedar on the trail we go we just headed down the hill guys we got one more hill to go so i'll catch up with you soon basically and then three quarters of a mile back up look at the people that let the stones that's fun whoever left those gonna be on youtube let's see what they look like yeah there's some milestones that's awesome [Music] watch this one more time nice job guys good balance good balance in life for the side of this giant that's gonna be a virgin huge tree huge pines and the narrows is got it all guys from rock formations just a good trail good got facilities i think down low for when you're camping out here in the summertime i believe again appreciate you joining us on the trail be sure and hit that like or subscribe button uh that way you can get a you know helps us but also you can get a notification on when our next event's coming up or wherever we're headed next we we definitely enjoy having you guys with us we're gonna head up the hill this time so it's a little up and down on both ways so you get a a break that's man it's just a good trail it's nothing hard nothing too strenuous how are you back there not too hard of a trail good good good and uh here's some wind blowing in i don't know which direction i guess might still come out of the south so we'll be protected for a little bit guys [Music] all right guys made it down to morgan springs area um this is part of the narrows too because we saw the blue spring up top this will be morgan spring kind of tells you a little more about the campsite camping permitted in certain areas no cars no vehicles so i guess we're not allowed to do that anymore down here guys let me show you this map though where we're at so there's thomas and mill we're gonna go look at that on the left there is toilet down there that's pretty cool we got in a bind and uh we're gonna go look at the uh thomas and mill too all right again thank you guys for joining us let's go see these two things right quick i see the sunlight over there i imagine we could follow that sunlight find morgan springs on the other side what's that looks like oh yeah so water coming out from the overflowing these it's overflow it's all spring through here so just by morgan spring the sixth largest spring in missouri guys um let's just see what it looks like here he's got a picnic table up there for you kind of hang out or a bench even the bench is cool i might have to sit at the bench for a while down there feeding them i'm gonna take you off this uh viewpoint right here and this should give us a top side view of the old thomas and mayo thompson meals over there of course but let's go see where many springs is over here see all this water flowing out look at all that watercress holy cow so it flows out at the end over there crystal clear water goes this is morgan springs sixth largest spring healthy ecosystem stopped at the picnic table there for a minute guys had us a nice little smoke break he's called about 4 20. that's a little early again uh headed down to thomason mill it comes out of morgan spring we're just going to see kind of the remnants of it but it's still cool to see down there i think we got to get out and come back around which will be fine i guess we can cut through here you got your boots on okay we're gonna do a cut path through here sometimes you just forge away right big start made it here guys thomas and meal see where the wheel would have been right there hear the water flowing out now just falling down through the chutes i'm gonna show around just a little bit we'll snoop around looks probably about four or five foot deep right there guys you can see where the wheel would have been in here turning difficult spot energy i've just gone across promising meal guys i'm going to sign out for now one nice little look we have morgan springs over here and then you've got uh thomas and mill down here where i'm at right now and remember blue springs is halfway down that trail again thank you for joining us on the tour of the narrows have a blessed week
