Memorial Day Weekend - Berry Spring Cave

all right going to berry spring cave guys uh they've never been in a cave before this is going to be a ozark cave so it's going to be all right guys we're going in the in the jungle for a little bit i got sprayed everybody put their tick spray on bless you poison ivy got the guys right here how are you i want to thank ron and teresa berry before we go in the cave too they're so special and good people they allow us to come explore this cave the one thing i didn't do today but we've got so many guys everybody gets the breath he thinks he's oj you think the ozarks are small but when you hike man you come on up here if you could go ahead and feel that entrance just feel what you feel imagine it being a lot smaller though covering these rocks right here welcome guys both of you van and kenta perfect them amigos they're all from kansas city good bbq oh yes all right uh so we're gonna flip a quarter here ron always tells me i got the snake check who wants to do the snake check is your light working brother okay here take this take this light if you want to do a snake check but get your head in there and just look on the edge of course what's on this side right here hang on right there like that okay it's going to be a torchy 2k it's going to light things up like you want to believe and i can do it 2 in but just look on the sides i got one friend that wants to do the snake larry brown he's in a cave on the last video here his first time in but he uh was the one that felt the cold air and mr he told mr ron there was a cave but you see how these rocks are stacked up we had to remove them out so there's a couple cool things and then there's a shelter cable we're digging on y'all catch on the video too it's up the way but i think it connects to this case all right it's gonna be a small tight but it will raise up okay okay all right next guy with the camera oh sheesh tickets and uh hopefully it's a root okay so root guys look like a snake so okay and yeah come towards us all the way towards us all right now you got about a three foot slide big dog you're good i'm glad you got your camera anytime you want to take a picture just stop taking a picture man yeah feet towards us i'm too anxious to take pictures right now i know you're making a good picture this is the ozark cave this is the ozarks yeah the missouri ozarks look at it but watch your heads please guys that's my only prayer so remember that spring that's coming out this is the water either way either way i got my boots wet earlier that kind of dried but how deep is it bro four or five inches okay i'll follow you for a while with this okay everybody seeing all this okay that's a giant shark team all right you will get muddy in here it's going to get muddy it's going to get deep here in one second in front of you i can assure you yeah there ain't no way around it either you feel it i can assure you it's going to get deep guys for just a moment y'all see what's happening here so you got five of the six in here guys what do y'all think so far okay when you get over here look up this way and see how far it goes up and then just kind of check the formation that flows again when you come into the next room be careful with your heads yes gifts of it all there's a golf ball calcite right there you know it's not rainy season right now so it's not dripping as much as it normally does there's straight calcite right here um there's a rimmed stone dab right here so pretty i haven't seen that yet guys got the little soda straw columns connected so you see uh when we come in to berry spring cave today oh yeah there's just so awesome not many people uh know this even exists but you can see where the shaman might you know think this would be the hall of records basically yeah it's beautiful and see the the the life in every square inches absolutely remarkable so what do you want to tell the people about the airbnb was it a good state oh 100 [Music] nice and uh i know we're ready right now we'll clean up towards the front end that'll be the best bet and then uh i'll just pour my water out of the house and kind of do that again of course brother of course of course of course yeah that's all yeah in front of the angel here yeah yeah yeah yeah stand uh they get the angel and they stand right there brother stand right there just stop i don't know maybe behind this right brother he's got that he's got cave dirt on it thinks it's amazing this is ron's angel here it's his hardest room to leave when he don't want to leave this place sometimes we just discovered it together man it was a remarkable feeling to to do that with him just to share the little things in life like this and uncover a rock and it leads to a treasure underneath you know all right guys i'm gonna i'm gonna lead the way but uh just come at your own pace all right where i'm at guys is gonna open up so just keep coming down low for now you're doing good guys [Music] today all right guys
