I Challenged A KORN FERRY TOUR WINNER To A Golf Match!

see this man right here Mr Brett druitt he played 100 holes with me and now I've challenged him to a nine hole match at my home course Brett let's see if you can play the type of golf that won on the corn Ferry tour and let's see give me a run for my money yeah that's kind of perfect well that sucked too that was terrible all right brother 116 yards but you're hitting first it's right at it go go a bit yep just about a foot short great shot no Andrew okay a little pulley yeah this is why you're on tour and I am not all right man I basically have to hold this yeah we'll see it didn't bring your Potter no you want to borrow mine didn't think it mattered okay forcing him to make the four three and a half footer I'll take the hold up using my pun up never doubt good birdie man good start first time at Southampton great three yeah that's perfect straight down Main Street good ball do you see it yeah it's fine it's so bad it's fine all right man so your first time at Southampton how long you've lived in Jacksonville November to come on three years coming on three years we met Maybe just over a year ago a year and a half ago you remember I followed right at the big money classic little top 10 there and then now uh the off season for Horn Ferry starts in January I'm gonna pick your brain we're gonna learn a little more about Brett during our match today as this camera goes I'm just gonna clean yeah we got shot of the flag but he does have to move this a little bit left to right and keep it running this low cut Brett's gonna have a little wedge in and the guy hits wedges really close a lot no cut I mean I'll take it just didn't cut might be like just short left of the green what do you know he's got the same yardage as the last hole a little more wind in the face here a little a little too much left but it's still a really nice shot the long left downhill putt oh I didn't want that but he didn't know Andrew about five yard short of green in the rough straight up the hill see what he's got first chip shot of the day second Chip Shot actually came out good it's in gimme range yep thank you that's good oh thanks thanks thanks yeah that's a good part drip drip drip drip drip drip drip yeah we'll give you that no blood was it carved in four match is tied tied well no you're still wanna was tied you can't tell Brett and I uh Brett's Australian I'm Canadian Commonwealth so we uh matched by I grew up with a lot of match play did you I did yes yeah a lot of uh Americans I don't think grew up with as much match play as we did want to play a little bit of match play yeah we had an interstate Series yeah we would have like we were in a province we did a little Quebec Ontario like Ryder Cup every year the top Juniors age group Province The Province I made that twice the 14 and the 18. yeah so when you're 14 you get taught all the bad things to do and then when you're 18 you teach all the young kids the bad things yeah we we have uh we have an inter Club in Sydney and then yeah well we had it intersectional as it was called so you'd have matches and there's a all the way to like P rankings four matching and one day Play Everybody match play against three players and we were like the club I was that we were in the a this was like the four best clubs in Ottawa it was it was intense it was a big the one in Melbourne that the clubs gets intense they recruit guys from England like some clubs actually recruit them in for the for the season and then like I got recruited down from New South Wales to go down to play in Melbourne one season looks good what's up Brett knows my range he knows my range when the 100 hole hike I made a lot of 50 and 20 Footers no break the match is tied so bad but whatever it's gonna look you're gonna have 130 yeah it's basically the layup thanks you'll get away with that because that's just gonna be like rough now so you've played PJ tour two full seasons or three seasons two full seasons it's your favorite course out there you have five seconds to answer the question bye U.S open Pebble pretty good pretty good answer good answer 100 into the wind playing 110. yeah yeah and it just passed it spin it back you know you gotta land it just short spin it kicks up another garage foreign or just like stub it in the ground kick left block it right I mean it's fine but it was just bad 57 yards the pin's not as front as it usually is a little spinner come back yeah no spin but good shot here's a great example of a bad shot of a shitty mini tour pro and a bad shot of a PJ tour corn fairy Pro yeah but 100 yards and 60 yards or you should still hit it close that's my bad shot your bad shot's a little bit better no it didn't it's good lag a few Spike marks to go through that's a little bit but that's good we'll give it to him I know it's a tricky read and I'm not going to tell you what I see it that was a little timid there we go just right there follow that one Brett thanks oh he's flirting with the bunker will it cover with this wind oh it did it did by a foot by a foot and look at the wind rip up man my ball went through that wind out there oh yeah how do you judge the wind the hair in your visor oh look at that bomb out there yeah that was a good one you got the nice uh bounce off the back side of the bunker it might have got me by a yard that's a nice light right there I think we should see you play that it just plugged soft part of the Fairway right in the middle of the Fairway is pretty soft here this is the ultimate steer job oh that was so bad oh up against the cola that's gonna be a fun one to watch damn it can you see that one in a second you just can't open the door like that Andrew against a player like Brett you doofus because this is like all over it oh I told you not to go off same shot as number two right here see if you can get the same result just evaded a little bit of rough there right behind the ball go go go go go go go go and well good distance yeah good distance but we're gonna have to see that one a couple breaks to it trip it down a hill but God always get it past the hole well skip whoa oh it slowed down good putt solid solid go get a big bounce I'm gonna have to hit a little low putty slice and dice slice a little pizza a little pizza slice we're having pizza for dinner tonight looking forward to it yeah Brett and I are neighbors we pretty much hang out at least five days a week if not six our wives have become very good friends our sons have become very good friends nearly Brothers nearly Brothers we're both a little block out in here let's see what you've got here see how much blind luck I have today all right oh that does look really good cover that bunker oh and it's going to be in the rough that was that was good I was a little lower than I was expecting it was like this high up on the hallway oh my gosh that was so good dude that sounded so freaking good sit a bit oh that's uh great great leave and I'm freaking filming this freaking tree he hit it almost like two often in the hole that was so good dude good shot not horrible but he's left yourself a tricky downhill Park that second shot he hit was so freaking good landed should have landed I mean it was so low but man that was that was awesome he should be able to hit this thing close oh that landed soft trickle trickle trickle trickle Trickle okay we're gonna have to see that late in the day this is not the the birdie putts you want yeah great pipe all right good birdies cheers to your birdies our birdies cheers can't do that on tour 201 little downwind can land it a little short oh I just smashed it but I pulled it [Music] cover the bunker oh this uh this could be in the hole if it lands properly yeah yeah that's oh a little long first bunch of show of the day he's been scrambling well all day to be honest I don't know if he's really hit that many greens good it's coming out well look at that trundling out does he hold it I think he's well how many greens have I hit today I'm too under how many greens have you and I've hit nearly all seven well technically I'm off on this one look at that that's very lucky he got inside my pitch mark there's a big pot this is uh to get three under through seven take a one-up lead with two to play gettable par four getable par 5. does it does it does it does it oh no oh I think this messed me up right here uh ah nice par so uh if you're still watching you're you're you're really a team AJ loyalist you know when these videos usually if I achieve the goal we give something away what I want to do in these videos where I'm taking on like a tour winner a tour player if I can beat them Brett's agreed that he'll sign a corn fairy tour flag for a team AJ member so comment on this video if I do beat Brett there's a signed Brett druitt flag to win so comment on the video and and wish me luck thanks dude no oh dude that's like the aggressive money line fast luck that's amazing because that's gonna kick hard forward you're gonna have seven yards yeah we'll say the difference in those draws yeah you're gonna have 70 R's and I'm gonna have 155. oh that's the best swing he's put on a lion yet whoops oh no it's another mystery three yards short all right three of eight but still two under spend a little left played the little try to get a little low draw in there 12 feet oh it's not the door he didn't didn't walk through the open door I'm gonna drop this just on the Green in front of him just let this roll down from right to left well should I say l left to right then well I mean you saw what my chip did at the end it moved an extra three feet needs the late break leads the lake break needs the late break they aren't rolling the truest this time of day I pushed it I just like talked myself into that too dang it Andrew hmm I knew it was dead straight but like I told myself it was gonna break based on the chip and it just doesn't no one down one to play good just hopefully it kicks right not left cool toy Banger top spinner yeah I think there needs to be a spread Brett and I uh we've been talking a lot about the spread on football games lately and we don't get it but I think there needs to be a spread in this series if I'm taking on tour winners for the team to win something I need to get at least a half not a win a half a half there's the spread it's not Strokes it's never going to take Strokes I'm still a professional I just need to have the match and uh yeah then someone's winning something from my competitor who I just uh drove I need to do this yes I did that to me no you're left okay never mind I'm Gonna Take It come on get it wrong take it back 247 downwind ball below the downwind but four iron's like my 220 club and that's just not enough clubs no it's not enough let's see a little peeling fade in there again yeah yeah nice peeling fade Andrew into the water A little sloppy finish here terrible bogey around the green on eight and just hit it in the water on nine put up a good fight for seven holes at least gotta hit a nice what is this your three iron same one as a number six yeah a little little front left of the green and it'll kick up to the right I mean not a very good shot but it didn't really matter because he's not making well hey I could hold out my shot up and down for paw or hold it for birdie oh it's a buddy well he has a chance camera work is horrible and you just gotta get us over the bunker but it doesn't matter you gotta I I much rather in the rough right now than I do right now oh for sure so Brett has a one-up lead I'm putting for par he just has to make a par to win the match I got some work to do on our game oh he went aggressive but spin it yep it's a smart play Two putts For the Win I hope you've enjoyed this match let me know down below if you like this idea me challenging some of my friends that are tour players tour winners trying to keep my game sharp while uh while I'm dading it if you want to watch some more with Brett got a couple videos linked to the end of this video ah I mean we'll give you that very very lackluster thanks for watching everyone bye you won
