heard of them he didn't have one but man Guys these are strong just about like these roots of these sycamores look at this big old T Sycamore guys wow it's a time of year pretty pretty pretty colors on the leaves and I just got back to see Mr ronberry he lifted my spirits and uh it's always good to see a friend the Mark Twain National Forest area of Rutherford bridge and uh we went to some cool spots today Ron tell me something neat about this area over here well this was a bridge that used to connect Callaway and Boone County and back in the I think it was early 1970s the hippies burnt the floor out of it and since then the Boy Scouts put a floor on but it's gotten kind of dilapidated and they have a sign here it says unsafe to walk on I've walked across it but it in places it's a little bit harrowing all right all right but well guys let's go across today with Mr Ron we'll follow you and guys I just love the colors you see the uniqueness out here this is Missouri at his finest we're in North Central Missouri here's the sign saying something unsafe for horses hikers cross at your own risk so as you can see we're gingerly going across yeah there's a new screw yeah there's a new screw there some pretty oranges out there guys I just want to say Happy fall to everybody and we got another video of another spring coming up here pretty soon guys this is allt I feel this Ron this is what it was feeling like the other day huh this is all rotted underneath here oh wow so whoa you better yeah yeah yeah yeah y'all see that guys so it looks like a perfect board and uh definitely see all that underneath there is rotted so oh man I think see how clear the water is yeah wow this is Cedar Creek which at one time was the most polluted Creek in the state of Missouri Cedar Creek guys youall catch that the most polluted Creek at one time here in Missouri it was polluted by a runoff from a uh strip pit coal mine and it would dump after a big rain it would dump just tons of sulfuric acid it would turn red and orange this entire strip down through here but today it's it's very Scenic and it's pure and cuz they've reclaimed all the strip pits up up at its headers so just around the corner guys is um a place called Devil's Backbone no no yeah we were on the Devil's Back devil but the cave R oh yeah yeah right down Corner okay there's a cave over there too guys we're not too worried about that but what what did we see at the Devil's Backbone today right huh the horses how many horses about 25 or 30 I bet at least 30 and they had mixed Cowboys and cowg girls guys they were having a good time on the trail and there's a real nice little beach good seeing you guys out there picnic area right down below here okay right below there you see a Sandy yeah and when the water's flowing it's a good spot to be and over on the other side there's a kind of a table on top of a rock see right down oh yeah I see that right H you can p have a picnic there too see that guys a great area all right man we're here at Rutherford bridge and uh we're going to say goodbye for now and uh Ron you got anything before we leave no happy fall y'all all right guys take care and we'll see you down the trail good to see a friend and we went hiking to some special spots guys went on that Cedar Creek episode and I'm have to take y'all on the trail sometime over there go all of that Cedar Creek it's about 23 Mi a trail we ran into 25 to 30 horses yesterday on the trail they asked me to take their picture and we obliged so this is a natural area cool to see that Crystal Clear Water right guys you can see right in through the I don't know if youall can see that right now like a snake behind me they ain't going to move a lot unless they're like knowing they're on the trail they move off of it basically place to get on the river there so we can make a commercial here guys but I really want to put it on this backdrop that produces all this water guys looks like the sun is trying to set so if we want any more power on our juice on on our battery pack we we set it out in that late sun right now and get the last of it then we'll have an extra bit of charge in this pack here anchor a n k r 36,000 mha and here we are guys anchor has made it to the Magnificent Blue Springs guys that's not Dy in that water okay that's Crystal Clear deep deep deep blue water this is come see Turner Mill there's a y down at the bottom of this very very very bottom of this hill and uh you take a left instead of go to the right to go to the mill you just go to the left down there and you run to the hippie Camp it's good to be back in nature and guys I want to encourage you to find your Trail today look at the flow ratio coming out of that spring that's all the water has coming out of Blue Springs guys straight release we're looking on the trail ahead of us making sure there's no snakes you know that guys can't never be too safe we're just grateful that uh they've been at
