"We are so excited to have Selena Gomez in our first wave of programming on HBO Max and watch her adventures in the kitchen as she, like many of us, tries to improve her cooking skills during quarantine. Blending her determination with top-tier culinary artists is sure to entertain and educate viewers about something we’re all trying to work through — how to make cooking at home exciting, fun and delicious."
So here is a tour of my kitchen, proper kitchen. This is the pasta area which I was so excited to
have because I am obsessed with pasta and we did little pink shelves in it. Over here is
really the coffee tea station so it's kind of dedicated to that. I have an Alice in Wonderland
and all these amazing recipe books that I got from people I met and so excited that I got
my own and it has the recipes that I did on the show so if I need to move in right there.
I like bright kitchens and I also love brick so all of my little colorful instruments are in here.
I have all of my spices and these became a huge staple. Apparently this was a big moment on the
show. All the door handles and the doorknobs, they are different and cute, just random.
Most of my stuff is very clean. I love serving plates like that that are very clean. These are
my favorite. This is where I keep all of my silverware and these are all my chopsticks.
I don't know how many I have but it's a lot. And then for my ice cream, such a no-brainer, but I got these
you know different colored spoons. Right here is where I keep all of my
rags and everything. So my fridge is basically what me and my family eat. Maybe some of it isn't
that great but um cheeses all of that stuff and I'll show you how a true Texan has a pantry. This
is magic. Basically my nana loves to have her you know pantries ready for the apocalypse and
that's always been a tradition. So we have everything from flour to baking supplies. We
have chips of course because I eat healthy but I also have snacks. And then I have this
last thing, a little board where it's obviously secret to get into the electrical system.
I originally said all you need is love. I have a seven-year-old sister so now it says all you need
is Gracie, Chris, my security, stage and my assistant, Gracie again and Jenna who is filming us
and Gracie too. And so apparently that's where we're at with this. But it goes directly into
the living room and I love how spacious it is and it's just one of my favorite parts of the house
and that is where I have my kitchen.
