It’s about that time where the beautiful autumn leaves fall and the weather gets significantly cooler. Winter is coming soon, so it’s about time to start making some holiday decorations. In today’s video I bake white chocolate chip cookies surrounded by beautiful wildlife. Living in the countryside you are never alone, there are always wildlife living around you. After I bake some cookies I make a Scandinavian Christmas snowflake. The next day I make a cozy apple pie, the apples were gifted to me by a kind neighbor. I also make a vintage puffy fabric Christmas tree. It is just the beginning of the season and I have so many other Christmas baking and crafting ideas to do! White chocolate chip cookies:

1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
White chocolate chips (measured to hearts desire)
