Life in Hawaii is supposed to be relaxing, but for many of us locals, “so busy” has become the default answer. In this video, I talk about why local people are often overwhelmed. I share stories about family, peer pressure, and learning to say no so we can actually enjoy living in paradise. If life in Hawaii already comes at a cost, we might as well slow down enough to enjoy what we’re paying for.
