臺中國際花毯節是全臺最受矚目的花卉盛典，今年以卡通頻道《飛天小女警》為主題，將經典動畫元素融入花卉藝術。主花毯為歷屆最大，高達18米、直徑60米，並以魔人啾啾基地作為視覺焦點。主要裝置每半小時自動展演，結合泡泡、水霧與機械動態，營造奇幻氛圍。現場也設置多個角色與場景藝術裝置，包括花花、泡泡、毛毛、尤教授等。

為展現在地與永續精神，本屆邀請超過300位來自新社、東勢的長者、孩童與居民共同參與創作。活動同步整合「中臺灣農業行銷展售會」，匯集臺中在內共8縣市特色農產品，打造中臺灣最大的農產交流平台。飛天小女警限定主題館販售超過兩百種商品，包含與在地小農合作推出的水果禮盒與DIY香菇太空包。活動結束後，部分花卉將回饋社區與校園，落實「共享、循環、再生」理念。

The Taichung International Flower Carpet Festival is Taiwan’s most anticipated floral celebration. This year’s installations take inspiration from Cartoon Network’s The Powerpuff Girls, blending iconic elements from the animated series with vibrant floral design.

The festival’s centerpiece is its largest main flower carpet to date — an 18-meter-tall, 60-meter-wide display featuring Mojo Jojo’s Lair as the focal point. Every 30 minutes, the installation animates with bubble and mist effects paired with mechanical movements, creating a whimsical, immersive experience.

Across the venue, additional art installations highlight beloved characters such as Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup, and Professor Utonium, along with memorable scenes from the show.
