15g red fermented tofu / beancurd
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Other ingredients

8 dried chilli (rehydrated and deseeded)
1 thumb-sized sliced young ginger
5 cloves sliced garlic
4 stalks of spring onion
1 tablespoon premium dark soy sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
Some cornstarch solution
