When I first explored this house in 2022, the entire interior was falling apart. The floors were soft, the roof had major holes, every room had heavy water damage, and the structure looked unsafe to enter. I could not picture anyone ever living here again.

What I later learned is that the house had already been purchased. The new owners stripped it to the studs and rebuilt it into a clean and modern family home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It is almost impossible to believe this is the same property.

The original owner lived here from 1955 until their passing in 2011. The real estate listing for the renovated home included a custom kitchen, 9 foot ceilings on the main level, updated windows, insulation, doors, shingles, flooring, a separate lower level entrance, a second kitchen, and a full rec room for multigenerational living. It was listed in November 2023 for 839,900 and sold for 795,000 after 156 days.
