Let's make it as a background
Set image as a background
Go to text
Let's type our text
Increase the size
Let's change the font to Anton
Go to effects
Choose outline
Change the color to the same color of the text
Let's choose white color
And decrease the thickness to 1
And go to text color
Go to gradient styles
Let's choose this one
Go to this plus button
And change the color to white color
Let's add more colors
We have 4
Choose the second style
Click on the first one
Make it transparent
And the second as well
Make it transparent
And here is the final result
