Fitzroy Falls

Have you ever wanted to go camping in the middle of nowhere in the great outdoors where it's at least two hours away from the nearest town and sleep under the stars in a tent? Yeah, no, me neither. I'm not that outdoorsy. What I do want to do is go for a bushwalk that can be done in a day with plenty of great views and wildlife and not the type that wants to eat unsuspecting hikers. If you want the same then head down to Fitzroy Falls. It's a national park. Wait, there's actually a town? If we're lucky we'll get to see some of the birds in the park. This is a waterfall that the town is named for. It drops over 80 meters to land on sandstone cliffs at the bottom. For the Americans out there it falls over 3,149 inches. The water eventually makes its way to the Shoalhaven River. This thing has been here for years. Those must be some very old termites. Whoa! Stone! Oh no!
