Cozy Christmas Vlog 🎄 Decorating My House, Tree Setup & Decor Shopping!

Good morning everybody, welcome to or welcome back to my channel. It is currently Monday, I have been a little bit sick, I still sound not super great, just like congested and runny nose and just a little bit of a cold that I'm dealing with so I've been a little bit MIA on TikTok and stuff like that but I do really, really want to film today because today I'm going to pull out all of my Christmas decoration. I'm going to start setting it up in the house and honestly I wanted to do that when I got back which was last week from my little trip away but I just haven't been able to with work and stuff like that so today's my first day off since I got back and I'm just like okay today's the day we're going to do it so I'm really, really excited. I am just going to go downstairs to the cage where I parked my car just to get everything out and bring it up to the apartment and then we're going to start so I'm really excited and I'm going to put on the Christmas music and it's just going to be such a vibe straight into the Christmas spirit so I'm going to run downstairs now and bring everything up. He got away Kevin's alone not acting afraid never get a white Christmas but today snowflakes falling down it's Christmas time but you're not here right now to put up the lights the candles on the metal they don't flicker like they used to with the snow flakes falling down it's not Christmas time without you no no no no no okay I'm putting on a Happy Holidays Christmas music on Spotify I think I've just found like Christmas hits unless I want to do like Christmas pop I think that's usually what I do Christmas pop 80 songs like with Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber and all of it. Yay! the candles on the metal they don't flicker like they used to with the snow flakes falling down it's not Christmas time without you no no no no it don't feel right without you Christmas tree is pretty much done but when I went to New York I did pick up some Christmas decorations because I did miss setting up my Christmas tree and all my Christmas decorations last year because I was in London and New York which is the most amazing experience being there for Christmas and it actually being cold at Christmas it felt like I guess like a real Christmas because in Australia it's hot and all the Christmas movies are about snow and getting snuggly and cozy and warm and I just loved it so much so I don't really remember what is in here so let's open it together this is so so so cute this one is from Harrods this is a Harrods bear 2024 so that one I don't really know if I want to put these on the tree or I want to like put them elsewhere but I'm just gonna open them all anyway now this is from New York so it's got a bow and the Empire State Building so that one I might put that one on the tree as well this is so cute this is from Harrods as well a little Harrods bus as well oh yes obviously the New York apple hanging one this one I got from London this was from the Harry Potter thing that I went to so it's like this which is really cool and then also this one is really cute I just wanted to get some in different places I don't actually think did I get one from Paris oh this is from Paris actually this is from a perfume that I bought in Paris Gerlain and I just kept it it actually came with the box but I was like this is so cute I'm gonna put this on my tree as well and then oh this is just a magnet a New York magnet that I needed to put on my fridge and I haven't put it on my fridge so yeah that's everything I just didn't really want to ever forget spending which I never will forget spending Christmas in those parts of the world especially at Christmas time but I just wanted to get some Christmas decorations because obviously last year I didn't and I was like well I want to for this year so I'm going to put them on the tree Okay so the tree is done, the couch is done, I just have all of like the other little ornaments and stuff to put around the house but there's just like so much mess here right now that I'm just feeling a little bit like I don't know what to do with all of this I don't know what to do It's just getting a little bit overwhelming so what I'm going to do is unpack all of it, clean up the mess and then we can figure out where exactly we're actually going to put it in the house because when there gets like too much mess I'm like I can't do this it just messes with me. I do have this wreath I don't know if I'll put this at the front door or like over the TV I think last year I put it over the TV I mean not last year the year before that so I don't know I didn't even know that I had these like aren't they cute it's literally like you don't you don't remember what you have and then you unwrap everything and you're like wow like oh my god that's pretty those stunning how cute I've actually got so much stuff oh pretty little angel cute I think I'm slowly starting to remember now where I had everything cute also got this little guy and then I've also got these reindeer which are stunning oh my gosh cute and then I've got this little tree as well I wanted to kind of do like little village like a little snow village on the TV unit I thought that would be really cute maybe I can put the wreath this around the mirror maybe that could also be nice and then I can go into TK Maxx and get a few like extra little things as well for the little village house things that could be cute I think for now it's okay I might when I go to TK Maxx I'll kind of keep looking if there's around the mirror or maybe like a bigger plant or something I can put there just got myself ready I just done my makeup and stuff but I've pretty much finished I put all the empty boxes back downstairs in the cage and I've got everything out I do want to make a trip to TK Maxx so I might do that with you guys tomorrow it's actually my dad's birthday today so I need to go over and see him giving me his present and everything but I will show you guys what I've done it does look really good it does look like Christmas has definitely thrown up in my house but that's fine that's so fun I'm sorry I don't literally sound horrible but I really want to be filming so this is the front entrance you guys saw me setting that up these I'm pretty sure these are from Pottery Barn that is just from Kmart I can't remember I think that might be from Kmart as well it does look good I'm just not sure it's that one's kind of me slowly um I might want to add a few more things I'm not really sure just yet and this I'm obsessed these little candles here the truck is there with another little candle so I've moved that from this side back over here this is the couch this is from TK Maxx the pillow the little Santa I think he's from TK Maxx as well um and then here I've just got these little glass ornaments they're so so cute they are from Pottery Barn I do want to go to TK Maxx and get some little like houses like the little villages and put it here with maybe some snow or something and then fix in there as well um I put the wreath over the mirror this year instead of along the TV but yeah she looks so cute like the photos with the Christmas tree behind you I'm so here for it the beautiful Christmas tree it's so heavy it's really hard to like keep it up yeah this is the house I'm literally so obsessed I love Christmas so much I'm so excited for my roommates to get home they're gonna be like whoa it's Christmas in here I'll be like yes welcome it is my favorite time of year it is the 10th of November today so it's like midway through November but I was like you know what let's do it it can be up for a month and a half I'm so fine with that I'll probably see you guys in the morning when we go shopping to pick up some more stuff morning everyone the next day I have just gotten up this morning I still sound horrible but I actually feel better which is good I'm not so like congested and do my skincare get changed and have something to eat because I want to go to TK Maxx this morning and then I'm going to get my hair done I'm going to get it cut get my fringe cutting finally and also get some color so I'm really looking forward to that so yeah that's kind of the plan today but I'm going to do my skincare now my face is so cold it was literally raining I woke up to the rain and it stopped now but yeah I just love being at home when it's raining it's just so cozy I feel like when I just want to be cozy I literally just want to wear a hoodie and like jeans like this is nice but it's not really warm I feel like every time I'm on here I wear the same thing all the time as well I don't know I just like to be cozy I don't know what to wear do I wear this or not this is nice and I'll put like a big coat with it and a scarf maybe my hair is like needs to be done so bad it's very dirty I don't know if I should just like slick it back until I get my hair done all right I'm just gonna do a really basic makeup this outfit has just grabbed on me just purely because of makeup I have got all my stuff for tonight and everything because the plan is is I'm going to go pick up my mum because she wants to come with me she wants to come with me to go to TK Maxx because I was kind of like I'm driving past your house are you doing anything do you want to come with me so I'm gonna go pick her up and then we're gonna go to TK Maxx and then as you guys know she is as you may or may not know but she is also a hairdresser or an ex-hairdresser so I have been lucky enough for her to do my hair my whole entire life and she's going to do it today I'm going to get my fringe cut back here I'm going to get color so we can get rid of some of those gray hairs and also just like a trim cleaner up and stuff like that so yeah that is the plan I did actually go to TK Maxx a few weeks ago with my roommate because we just wanted to have a look but I was like I refuse to buy anything because I haven't got my Christmas decorations out yet and I didn't know what I had and luckily I didn't do that because now I know what I've got like that little Santa that's currently on the couch I was literally gonna buy one of them and I'm like no I'm pretty sure I have one of those which I do so yeah that's kind of where we're at they have so many things like I'd also like to get a few things for the kitchen like Christmas tea towels or like Christmas cups like to have your tea or your coffee in it I also don't have anything in my bedroom it's just all in the living room which I actually like I don't mind but like when I've been watching other people's I guess vlogs and stuff from last year of their Christmas set up and they have like in their room and they've got like a new bed cover and like their bed is full Christmas as well I'm kind of like oh I do love that but is that just a little bit too much I'm not sure I really want to get back to training oh my gosh how did I get sick like everything was I don't know I just every time it's just annoying between yeah I'm not I don't want to come in here and like fully complain but I don't know I've been taking it easy obviously because I need to get better I do feel really good today even though I don't really sound like it yeah last night was probably the first night that I didn't need to because the last few nights I've been taking nighttime cold and flu panadol because I have not been able to like sleep just because I'm like so congested you know when you're so congested in like your nose and stuff that you can't breathe that's how I've been so I've been taking like nighttime cold I don't really like to take cold and flu especially like in my job as well I'm not supposed to take certain medications and stuff like that before coming to work because of like the safety and stuff like that and you can't be under literally any kind of influence doing what I do at work so we're not supposed to take cold and flu tablets but like just taking them just to go to sleep and then obviously they said maybe out of my system by the time I get to work but I needed to take something so I could sleep and then my head the last few days just like at work or whenever I'm in like a social social situation where I'm using a little bit more energy my brain would just like I just have massive headaches so I've been taking panadol and stuff too but I did not need to do that last night I could breathe normally which was great taking it easy as much as I can so hopefully tomorrow if not the next couple days I'll be able to get back to training and get back into my normal routine be amazing there's a lot lots and lots of things happening in my personal life at the moment that I've been like dealing with or like like I said getting through I think I did mention that a few videos ago but basically to now that it's kind of happened or it's about to happen next week one of my roommates is moving out so I've had to like try and find someone else to move in which has literally been done as of like yesterday so that's really exciting and it's just like a big weight lifted off my shoulders I guess so yes that's all happening next Friday which is going to be really nice like just a fresh start get someone new in there the elements and the you know the energy and stuff will change a little bit but I think it will in a good way I'm feeling good about it yes that's a big stress that's off my plate now so I'm about how far away am I I'm 13 minutes away I'm going to call my sister and yeah I'll see you guys probably at TK Maxx this is the hair it's very bright so I've like cut the fringe back in and the color is closer to my natural color this little bit here too love love love good morning everyone happy Wednesday I think it's Wednesday this is my hair this morning a bit of an update I have just gotten up I've gotten changed because I'm meeting up with a friend this morning to go and do a functional fitness class so I've just put on my put some shorts on this long sleeve top and my Nike 270s you can like kind of see that but I need to get out the door because it's going to take me like 18 minutes or so to get there so let's go yesterday I feel like it was very productive I so after I did my hair when did I leave you guys yeah I did my hair and then I literally got changed and I had dinner and I went straight to work last night which wasn't too bad I definitely had a bit of a headache when I got there because I was like it was kind of a big day and obviously I'm not super well so I just literally had panadol and then I was so fine which was good so that means I literally have all of my Christmas decor everything that I bought yesterday is literally still in the boot of my car um I'm just driving around with it everywhere so when I get home I will pull all of that out yeah we can go through it and we can set up the house and yeah I'm literally so in love with every single thing that I bought like it was just so much better than what I imagined on like when I knew what I was like I had an idea of what I wanted to get but yeah what they had there was just so nice and just made it so much better so yeah I'm very excited to like actually set it up and then I love my home I love my space so Christmas time and like decor and decorating it just it just makes it feel special so now I'm just going to like I said meet up with a friend we're going to do a bit of functional fitness um so like again just higher on training strength and cardio together so yes we're getting there and obviously like I was saying yesterday I haven't done anything this week so this is the first I have everything planned out now for the rest of the week at least until rest I need sleep I need training that was very very hard oh my gosh I functional so good but like I'm not really used to it I haven't done functional in a long time well not even a long time just not consistently like I'm a runner or I lift I don't usually do it together we did like a little round of ergs so skis and then burpees and then plank so I did like four rounds of that and then we got straight into like our station so I did skiing again and then I did sled but I went literally for the heaviest one and not like the lightest one so I was pushing 120 up and back and I literally nearly passed out so I had to like I missed a whole a whole round because I was just trying not to pass out and then I was just like I just need to take it easy like I'm literally not 100% and I'm pushing myself so much so anyway that was that but we are gonna go home now and I've got some eggs and I've got some palumi I've got some bacon so I'm gonna cook all that up and have breakfast obviously have a shower and then I want to probably start editing this video and then I can pull out all of my Christmas decorations and stuff like that and we can finish setting up the house it's basically the plan but that gym was in Williamstown and it was such a good gym like I tried to get as much footage as I can for you guys because I was like this is such a stunning gym it was like a proper warehouse it was massive I have just had a shower I've eaten and I have started editing this video and can I just say I am kind of obsessed like I love Christmas so like setting up my house and filming it for you guys to also set your set up my house with me it's very wholesome so like it's very Christmassy you know I love it obsessed let me show you what I got from TK Maxx we're gonna do a little bit of a haul and then I'm gonna put it around the house so let me get the bag oh my gosh I got some things for the living room and I also got some things for the kitchen as well and I literally am so obsessed with every single thing in there so let's start on the top this is from the kitchen isn't she so beautiful like it's so cute and cozy I love it so I got a mug first thing I actually got four different mugs and they're all different so they can like be mismatched and just be like cute isn't she cute love so I am an iced coffee gal that's all my iced coffees guys look at how cute it is oh my gosh with a little straw then I wanted like little houses to make a village across my tv unit in my house as well one of the little villages it's so cute it's got like a tea light space in there as well so you can light it up and it'll be all lit at night time so this is one of the houses she's so cute I just got the same one again so another little house so cute with the little nutcracker on it okay this is the last cup it's just got ho ho ho on it cute so all of my mugs are all different they're all a little bit different all a little bit different so cute because my mom actually picked this up and I was like no question I don't even care how much it is I'm getting it this is like a little gingerbread man isn't he adorable he's standing on a donut he has a star cookie and he's got like a cappuccino on his head so adorable I love it so him this one is another one of the houses but it's a little bit different it's a bit taller so it'll go really nicely with smaller ones and then this one is a Christmas tree also to go along with the houses in the little village and then I got an even taller one for the village same thing all the same color as well and then I just got some tea towels for the kitchen I ended up going with these bow and then just like a plain red one which is really cute the kitchen as well and then I did just get some wrapping paper and like some stickers to go on my presents and stuff this year this one this isn't from TK Maxx but this one I just got from the two dollar shop and I'm just going to put it in a vase at my front door and it's just like Christmas flowers so yeah it was a very very very successful TK Maxx shop isn't all of it like so cute like I'm actually so obsessed with all of it and the gingerbread man I've just been thinking about him like since yesterday so I'm going to put all of the wrapping back in the bag because when I need to wrap it all up I think I want to do the village first so let's go out and put the village out away so here's a little village I've got the snow globe in the middle there and then all the village there with the tree and also put that plant there as well the candle that tree there in the corner on my little side table basically back on the bench with the snowman I've got the cup stand up like that next to the kettle and then my little gingerbread nutcracker man is next to my coffee I've got the tea towels and stuff there the red ones and then this on the front entry table which I think is so much better like it did need a bit of height and also just a little bit of color so it looks really good stoked absolutely stoked but I'm going to wrap up this vlog here guys so I can finish editing editing it and get it straight to you thank you for watching this very very Christmas spirit kind of vlog and just getting my house all set
