At certain times, he is being used as a tactic.
According to the intelligence services, the goal of the person was primarily to serve in international organizations with a seat in Brussels.

As late as last week, The Times reported that Russia and China are sending attractive young women to Silicon Valley.
Sometimes they focus on the American tech elite to gain access to advanced intellectual property.
An IT chief with decades of experience in subcontracting gave up that he himself had become a target.
He mentioned an increasing number of linked-in inquiries he has recently received from attractive Chinese women.
But the threat is not limited to the digital world.
The chief revealed that two Chinese women tried to attend a business conference on investment risks in China,
but were stopped by security guards.
This is happening while several Chinese citizens have recently been convicted or convicted of espionage.
