A series of leaked videos and new evidence has sparked even greater outrage online.
Actor Yu Menglong was reportedly subjected to inhumane torture,
admitted to the hospital 17 times during the last two years of his life.
Old photos on Weibo showing blood at the corner of his mouth and the words
they beat me, come avenge me are now seen as desperate cries for help.
Meanwhile, Ji Guangguang shamelessly declared his innocence to foreign audiences.
But the released audio recordings, blurry night footage,
and witness testimonies have all landed like a slap in the face to the suspect's lies.
The case has now ignited a wave of fury, boycotts,
and calls for justice spreading across Chinese social media.
Let's dive in.
More videos and new evidence emerges.
According to a netizen source,
actor Yu Menglong was hospitalized 17 times over the past two years.
The poster did not specify what was in the hospital records,
only stating that Yu had suffered inhumane torture.
Other internet users have gone back to Yu Menglong's early Weibo posts.
Looking at them now, it's clear he was crying out for help,
hinting that someone was bullying him.
One photo shows several large fists placed next to his cheek, time-stamped June 6, 2015.
Another post from June 17, 2015 Wednesday reads,
They beat me a few days ago. Come and avenge me.
In the photo, his mouth is bloodied and his cheek is bruised.
A third image, taken on the set of The Legend of Heavenly Sword,
shows Yu Menglong standing in anger, with the caption,
A bunch of people are ganging up on me. I'm done with you all.
Don't ask why. I'm just furious.
From these posts, it appears that over the years,
film crews may have used filming as a pretext to harass and bully him repeatedly.
Some viewers also pointed out a disturbing detail in Yu Menglong's drama,
a love story of oiled paper umbrella.
In the wedding scene, the traditional double happiness,
xi, symbol was replaced with a single happiness,
shi, which is considered inauspicious.
Those familiar with Chinese symbolism angrily called it
a mockery of marriage or even a spiritual curse.
Even the wrap party and funeral arrangements were said to be bizarre
and brazenly disrespectful,
prompting netizens to curse those responsible as deranged beasts.
Recently, an audio recording was sent to commentator Li Muyong,
allegedly captured when Yu Menglong was in danger.
In the clip, you can clearly hear three women trying to rescue him,
along with the voice of a man threatening them.
The cries in the video match earlier rumors about the incident.
In a previous program, I mentioned that when Yu Menglong was beaten to death,
three women and one man were also killed while trying to help him.
In a group chat, a netizen claiming insider knowledge said that
when Yu was hung outside a window,
there were three women and a middle-aged man below.
The photo shown on screen is said to be taken from a video of Yu Menglong being moved.
Several people are seen supporting him,
while a person lies motionless on the ground,
likely a woman.
Some viewers believe she was shot dead.
Another video appears to show Yu being stuffed into a car trunk.
Filmed at night, the footage is blurry,
so many people focused only on the license plate and the trunk,
missing two figures standing behind the vehicle.
On the left rear side,
one person wearing a backpack rests their right hand on the shoulder
of another person beside them.
That person keeps both hands behind their back.
Some netizens claim the one with hands behind his back
was the man who tried to save Yu.
His hands tied,
while the one with the backpack was guarding him.
In the clip, Yu's faint voice can be heard calling for help.
It's unclear whether these scattered audios, videos, and photos,
along with the online testimonies,
all happened on the same day.
If they did, it would mean that in addition to Yu Menglong being beaten to death,
three women and one man were also murdered.
After examining many leaked videos,
netizens summarized several disturbing details.
The abuser starved him,
making him frail and unable to resist.
They forced him to wear shoes several sizes too big,
perhaps to prevent him from running away in public.
For instance, a man with size 10 feet was made to wear size 13.
He was always seen in public with earphones,
not for music,
but allegedly so his handlers could issue commands or threats in real time.
He constantly wore a face mask,
possibly to hide missing teeth or injuries.
Once friendly and approachable,
he suddenly avoided eye contact,
perhaps due to visible wounds.
Many wondered why such a good person couldn't escape.
Some believe his family was being threatened.
If you act up, we'll go after your parents.
Does this sound believable to you?
Ji Guangguang speaks out,
suspect faces massive boycott.
According to Xinwen Diaocha,
after 55 days of silence,
Ji Guangguang, Li Ming,
has allegedly reappeared on a foreign social media platform,
releasing a document titled
Statement to All Sectors and the Online Public.
It includes an apology to those affected by the Yu Menglong case,
signed Ji Guangguang,
and dated November 1st.
What does the statement say?
It claims that on September 11th,
Yu Menglong fell from a height at home while drunk and died,
that police immediately reviewed CCTV footage
and conducted forensic analysis,
and that Ji himself had
actively cooperated with the investigation,
respected and accepted the official judicial process and its conclusion.
Police allegedly concluded it was an accidental fall,
ruling out homicide or foul play.
The unexpected tragedy, he said,
was distorted and exaggerated by online rumors,
turning into a storm of public outrage
targeting him and unrelated individuals.
Ji explained his silence as the result of being
completely broken down,
thrust into the defendant's seat before a national courtroom.
He condemned
collective cyber violence for hurting both Yu's family and himself,
as well as society's rational expectation for truth,
saying he decided to speak up to clarify the facts.
He emphasized that Yu Menglong's death was an accident,
not murder,
not a push,
not a plotted scheme.
He fell from the balcony while drunk,
when no one else was around.
He claimed the police conclusion was
clear, evidence-based, and traceable,
insisting he had never concealed the truth,
never quarreled with Yu Menglong,
and had no powerful connections or back channels.
He said he chose to post abroad
because his accounts were restricted or throttled on domestic platforms.
He offered apologies to Yu Menglong's parents and family,
to the person who took Yu to the hospital,
to Xiao Meiqi,
and to the public,
who were misled or dragged in.
He said he blames himself for failing to protect Yu
and for not speaking out sooner,
allowing false accusations to spread.
He insisted that the rescuer and Xiao Meiqi were innocent,
pulled into the storm because of his silence,
and urged people to stop speculating about them.
Finally, he called on everyone to accept the police investigation's conclusion
and stop spreading unverified information.
After reading the statement,
netizens overwhelmingly described it as a guilty man's excuse,
devoid of sincerity.
From the very beginning,
online investigators had already identified at least 10 suspicious points
proving Yu Menglong's death was not an accidental fall while drunk,
but murder,
with strong indications that Ji Guangguang was one of the masterminds.
For example,
two blood-stained Rolex watches found in Yu's pants pocket
were confirmed to belong to Ji Guangguang.
Both were limited-edition luxury models,
each traceable by a unique serial number,
meaning ownership could easily be verified.
Yet the watches have never been mentioned again.
Additionally,
a resident of Sunshine Shandong Apartments
revealed that the window ledge in Yu's unit was very high,
nearly chest level for someone 1.8 meters tall,
making it almost impossible for him to simply fall out.
Moreover,
the trajectory of a fall should have been straight down into the bushes below.
Yet Yu's body was found on concrete,
suggesting staging or even forcible disposal.
Further,
the autopsy reports circulating online
indicated that Yu's body showed signs of struggle,
restraint marks,
multiple needle punctures,
and even foreign DNA in his system.
How can these be explained?
What was Yu's actual blood alcohol concentration?
Can Ji Guangguang explain any of this?
I'll just flag a few points I've already covered in earlier programs.
Of course,
Ji Guangguang's statement reads like acting.
Nobody's going to be convinced.
But it shows the suspects are genuinely panicking
and have been mercilessly boycotted online.
For example,
Song Yiren was suddenly pulled from broadcast
and had her image removed from the TV show My Little Girl
for unclear reasons.
Even more seriously,
her profile was erased from Duban,
China's largest film database.
Her newest drama,
Unmet Clouds,
Unmet Yu,
was taken off the air
and disappeared from every streaming platform in China
just two days after release.
According to 163,
Song Yiren has been labeled a high-risk artist
by cultural regulators
and effectively blacklisted in CBiz.
She's reportedly on the run,
whereabouts unknown,
and not answering calls from brands demanding compensation.
The film starring Fan Li and Tian Hairong flopped disastrously.
Fan Li reportedly lost over 40 million RMB,
5.6 million USD.
Meanwhile,
a netizen launched a non-violent movement
claiming the entertainment industry is controlled by demonic forces.
Every yuan we spend supposedly becomes a knife turned against ourselves.
From today onward,
they urge everyone to boycott the industry seriously,
let a domino effect begin,
and make sure justice can't be evaded.
This person proposed five actions.
1.
Cancel all paid subscriptions to video and music platforms
and uninstall the apps.
Cut off the money.
2.
Don't watch, share, or promote any film's music entertainment programs.
Cut their traffic and revenue.
3.
Unfollow all celebrity entertainment accounts.
Losing attention means losing resources.
4.
Don't attend concerts or fan events.
Empty seats are the strongest protest.
5.
Refuse to buy any physical or digital products related to celebrities' entertainment.
Stop creating content for them.

They urged a boycott of stocks of companies believed to be connected to the Yu Menglong case.
Others have been pushing Yu Menglong's name into everything.
Donating in his name.
Renaming courier parcels after him.
Tagging his name on everything.
On Dianping, Meituan, JD.com, his name is showing up everywhere.
Netizens say,
The monsters who brutally abused Yu Menglong may escape legal punishment,
but we can launch a comprehensive speech and consumption ban.
If 100 million of us isn't enough, then 200, 300, 400 million.
Let's see if it makes waves.
Everyone has a mission.
Not don't watch today, but watch tomorrow.
But never watch again until Yu Menglong's injustice is cleared and justice is served.
Many other stars suffered fates like Yu Menglong's.
The online backlash against the entertainment industry isn't just because of Yu Menglong.
In fact, over the years, many artists have died under mysterious circumstances.
Recently, netizens on Bilibili discovered that actor Li Dongrun
had been turned into a preserved human specimen and displayed in an art museum.
Official reports claim that Li Dongrun died suddenly in 2022 while filming.
But the truth may not be so simple.
Singer Zhao Yingjun was also suspected to have been turned
into a plasticized body exhibit in Beijing's 798 Art District.
Zhao, a singer, actor, and music producer, passed away in 2021.
The specimen's posture strikingly resembled how he used to hold his guitar on stage.
A woman in Las Vegas even claimed that at a body exhibition,
she saw what she was certain was her missing son, and that the specimen came from China.
Then, netizens began speculating that one of the bodies on display resembled NBA star Kobe Bryant,
whose death remains clouded with suspicion, and whom some believe was murdered.
At the same exhibition, a body resembling American pop icon Michael Jackson
was also reportedly spotted, shocking the world.
Some netizens said this proved a British psychic's claims,
that international celebrities' bodies were among these exhibits.
Both Jackson and Bryant were world-famous, and their deaths remain controversial.
People suspect someone with inside knowledge
revealed enough details for these matches to appear so precisely.
The death of actor Godfrey Gao has also been revisited for suspicious details.
Netizens revealed that during his collapse on set, crew members stood by without helping,
and a leaked screenshot of a message allegedly from hospital director Lee Healy
stated that Gao was already dead upon arrival, adding,
if he had been brought in sooner, we might have saved him.
And of course, there's Chow Ren-liang, but I'll dedicate a separate episode to his death,
so I won't go into it today.
A British psychic recently said in a live stream that a high-level sacrificial cult
really exists within the entertainment industry,
and that Yu Menglong's spirit chose her to expose the truth,
that he was offered as a sacrifice by his management company.
Celebrities who die this way, she said, end up earning far more after death,
like Michael Jackson, whose passing created a permanent cash flow.
Indeed, the entertainment industry hides many dark corners,
easily manipulated by powerful shadowy forces.
When millions of people adore you, your words become law.
Many fans are willing to sacrifice themselves for their idols,
never realizing that behind those idols may lie monsters.
