THRIVING MALL - this town got it right! GRAND CENTRAL MALL - Vienna (Parkersburg) WV

On my way to Charleston I decided to check out Grand Central Mall. It’s doing surprisingly well. The old photos of the mall made me wonder why they had to change it, looked much fancier before! But it continues to thrive to this day. There used to be an Elder-Beerman here which got partially taken over by H&M. This town is supporting their mall which I’m very proud of that for them!
