Located in Ontario (Mansfield) Ohio The Ontario Center is the new rebranded version of Richland Mall! It is in a period of transition. Rather than demolish and redo the whole thing the new owners are keeping the integrity of the mall while blending in health and community facilities. Former anchors have become Avila Health System, with Jc Penney remaining, as well as all food court spaces are rented but they’re not there yet. There are parts of the ceiling that are in need of repair that the new owner will address.
