QUAINT & SUFFERING MALL - The Shops at Worthington Place -Worthington, Ohio

Small mall opened in 1972 and is very colonial, upscale and quaint. A few shops show life but it suffers greatly. No major anchors , the mall sits in the middle of a strip plaza with restaurants and upscale stores. The tall ceilings and fountain are really nice, though. Can this mall come back?
