The best mint chocolate chip cookies :)

This recipe makes about 10 large cookies (4 tbsp of cookie dough) or 20 regular sized cookies (using a 2 tbsp cookie scoop)

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 and 1/3 cup (267g) dark brown sugar (light brown sugar will work as well)
1/3 cup (67g) sugar
1 cup (227g) melted butter (cooled- salted or unsalted)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp mint extract
2 tbsp milk or creamer (I used the After Eight Coffee Mate Creamer)
A couple drops of green gel food colouring (optional)
3 cups + 2 tbsp (388g) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 cup (85g) chopped Andes Mint Chocolate (more for topping)
1 cup (170g) chocolate chips
White chocolate bar chopped (to top cookies)

♡ Chill the cookie dough in the freezer for 15 minutes

♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for 12-13 minute
