I started the restoration of the old Bashkiria typewriter by completely disassembling it. Despite the years of rust, almost all the parts could be restored. I used a sandblasting machine to remove the rust. I used acrylic paint for painting. I had to replace the original letters on the keys because the old ones were beyond repair, and I made a new set using a laser machine.
