Military Strategist If Russia and China Want a Nuclear Arms Race, the US Is Prepared

Ahead of the meeting with Chinese regime leader Xi Jinping, President Donald Trump announced the United States would resume nuclear weapons testing. Rick Fisher, senior fellow at the International Assessment and Strategy Center, tells NTD that this signals Trump is ready to counter Russia and China and wants a better nuclear posture, after both countries continue to refuse to talk on the matter.
