🔹 1 tbsp Dijon mustard with seeds
🔹 1 tbsp soy sauce
🔹 2 cloves garlic
🔹 1 whole head of garlic
🔹 80 ml (2.8 fl oz) olive oil
🔹 1/2 tsp thyme
🔹 1/2 tsp rosemary
🔹 salt
🔹 black pepper
🔹 3 potatoes
🔹 2 onions
🔹 300g (10.6 oz) button mushrooms
🔹 leek
🔹 50g (1.8 oz) butter
🔹 2 tbsp flour
🔹 500 ml (18 fl oz) milk
🔹 nutmeg
🔹 chives for garnish
