'He is shooting at me': Woman recalls terrifying road rage incident
A Croydon woman says she is grateful to be alive after a terrifying road rage incident on Monday in Bucks County that ended with gunfire and a suspect in custody.
Cristopher Corbi, 41, was charged Tuesday with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and multiple other offenses.
Kathryn Runner said she was driving on the Newtown Bypass around 6:40 p.m. when she and other drivers began passing a slow-moving vehicle. That's when she noticed something alarming.
"As I turned around, I just saw something shiny in the corner of my eye, so I looked over and I saw the barrel of the gun, and then my window popped and I saw the hole," Runner said.
After calling 911, Runner began following the vehicle to get a look at the license plate. But the situation escalated when the suspect turned onto a road in Middletown Township.
