In this video, I try and salvage a damaged and dirty REALLY old table, without removing the character and flaws incurred along its nearly 200 years of use. Normally, my M.O. is to REMOVE stains and dings and scrapes, but in this rare case, I felt like they needed to remain, to help tell a story... while also resealing the piece so that the environmental damage could stop, and the piece could live on for many more years, instead of ending up in a dumpster.
