Stop Throwing Away Spoiled Fruit – Turn It Into Healthy Chicken Feed!)

My Green Garden

Hi everyone. My wife is away for a few days.
Before she left, she asked me to take care of the garden and the chickens.
I love the garden and the chickens too.
But I wonder if I can do it as well as she does. She's always been the one in charge.
Every corner of the garden carries her touch.
She takes care of everything with so much love and detail.
I often helped her, but never really did it all by myself.
Before she left for her trip, she spent time showing me every little task.
Watering the plants, feeding the chickens, feeding the fish.
So many things, I almost got lost just listening.
But I told myself, I can handle it.
I went up to the garden early in the morning.
The air was cool and fresh. Everything felt calm and alive.
The first thing I did was walk around, checking each plant carefully.
If any plant looked weak or wilted, I wanted to fix it right away.
It seems simple, but it actually takes focus and patience.
Especially with climbing plants, I had to look closely at each vine
and guide them back to the right direction.
Gardening teaches me to be careful and detail-minded.
Even a tiny mistake can affect the whole plant.
Every day, I used to see my wife sitting here for a long time.
Now that I sit here too, I finally understand why.
The chickens in the garden bring such a relaxing feeling.
The garden gives me peace.
And the chickens bring it to life with their little sounds and movements.
When I hear them clucking and scratching the ground,
I feel like I'm living in a quiet countryside again.
Yesterday, while walking through the market,
someone gave me a few fruits that had small spoiled parts.
They said chickens love them.
So I brought them home,
thinking these treats might help the hens lay bigger, tastier eggs.
It's been two days since my wife left.
I've been feeding the chickens just like she told me to.
But somehow, they're laying fewer eggs now.
And the eggs are smaller too.
Maybe the change in their diet made a difference.
After collecting the eggs, I started cleaning up the place.
My wife always said this should be done every day.
Sweep the floor, wipe the feeders,
and always give the chickens fresh water.
This is actually the first time we've ever raised chickens.
But she's done such an amazing job with them.
They've grown up strong and healthy under her care.
I still remember the first day she brought them home.
Tiny little chicks, barely a week old.
I looked at them and thought,
how could we possibly raise something so fragile?
But time passed so quickly.
And those tiny chicks have grown into strong, full-grown hens.
These slightly damaged fruits are easy to find at the market.
Most people throw them away or feed them to animals.
I think if we make the chickens' meals more varied,
they'll enjoy it a lot more.
What do you think about that?
Here in our garden, we often feed them greens from the garden,
some kitchen scraps,
and a mix of crushed grains.
Almost nothing goes to waste.
Maybe that's why our chickens eat everything so well.
They've developed the habit of eating naturally,
not like chickens raised in big farms.
I hope you continue to support me.

We will always learn and do better every day.
Thank you very much.
Breakfast is over for them now.
Just like every day, they eat with such excitement.
Watch them peck and gather around the food.
I feel like it's a little feast just for them.
And somehow, seeing that makes me happy too.
And here are the little chicks.
They've just been separated from their mother.
For now, we feed them special starter feed for young chicks.
Once they get stronger,
we'll slowly introduce other kinds of food.
This breed is quite special.
When they grow up,
you'll see something surprising about them.
So stay tuned and follow our journey.
This is the small garden on our third floor balcony.
It's time to feed the little fish their breakfast.
They're waiting for me, just like always,
to grow into big, strong fish like the ones in the upper garden pond.
They also need time and care.
Still, raising these tiny fish feels special in its own way.
Around me, flowers are blooming and fruits are ripening.
This little corner of the garden is where we often relax together.
Today, without her.
The garden feels like it's missing something big.
The next few days will still be a challenge for me
as I take care of the garden without her out.
But I'll do my best to keep everything just as she would.
Thank you so much for watching my video.
See you again in the next one.
