Food can be beneficial for more than just eating. Applying certain foods topically to your skin can be very nourishing as well. Today I'm going to show you how to make a Matcha Green Tea Yogurt Mask that'll help prevent acne while fading your scars.
Matcha Green Tea Yogurt Mask Recipe:
Ingredients -
1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1-2 tbsp Organic Greek Yogurt (unsweetened & plain)
Organic Honey
Preparation -
It's really important to use all organic ingredients when it comes to your skin.
Mix the green tea, yogurt, and honey together and then apply a even layer mask to your face.
We already know that Matcha Green Tea is really good for you with tons of antioxidants. But it also has cooling and anti-inflammatory effects too. Yogurt is also really great for your skin due to the Zinc and Lactic Acid. This is really great for preventing acne, lightening your scars, as well as tightening your pores. Honey has anti-microbial properties that help heal infections.
Leave it on for about 15 minutes then wash it off completely. You'll feel your skin tighten up and baby smooth.
