As a woman, I admit it, women rarely make the first move, which is why it is so important
that you are aware of the signs that women are giving when they want you to make the first move.
By the way, if we haven't met before, my name is Blaine. I'm a dating coach for men
and welcome to my channel. In this video, I'm going to be covering 10 signs that a woman is
She finds reasons to talk or text you. If you ever notice a woman is going out of her way to
initiate conversation, this might mean she's reaching out via text to ask you what you're
up to this weekend or how you've been. Or she just gravitates towards you in social settings,
like she always ends up standing next to you. Or that maybe she often drops by your desk to
chat about things unrelated to work. These all could be signs that she is romantically
interested in you and wants you to make a move. By finding reasons to talk to you,
she is A, signaling that she likes to be around you and be connected with you. And B,
she's also giving you opportunities to make a move. Obviously, context matters here. It's
absolutely possible she's just being friendly and sees you out as a friend. So I want you to
How does she treat you versus other guys? So is she being friendly and approaching and hanging
around everybody? Or is she treating you special versus how she's treating other guys who are
around? And is this the only sign or are there also other signs that she might be interested
in you romantically? Signs seldom mean much in isolation. So short of her telling you I am
romantically interested in you, you want to look for multiple signs. But the more signs you see,
the higher the likelihood she's highly responsive to you. In my opinion, the single most important
dating rule that everyone can benefit from remembering is effort equals interest. This is
especially true when it comes to texting and communication. Let's say you meet a woman in a
and you occasionally swap messages on Instagram, you're interested in exploring if there could be
more of a romantic connection, but you aren't sure how she feels. The most important thing to
pay attention to is how responsive is she? If she's responsive and engages with you actively
when you communicate with her, this is a good sign that she might be romantically interested.
Likewise, if she's disengaged and slow to reply, she's probably not interested. In short, effort
equals interest and responsiveness is an excellent indicator of effort. She pays you compliments.
You know, when you have a crush on a woman, you can't help but think about wonderful things about
her. Maybe some fun adjectives. Well, women feel the same way. If she is interested in you,
she's going to be thinking about how great you are. And then if she builds up the courage to
actually pay you a direct compliment, that is even stronger signal that she might want you
to make a move. A few things to remember about compliments. Compliments make everybody feel
good. There's even seen a study, I'll link it below, that says receiving praise or compliments
triggers the same areas of the brain as receiving a monetary reward. And people are generally drawn
towards positivity. Plus, everybody wants to date up. The more she admires you, the more likely she
is going to be interested in pursuing something romantic with you. In short, the next time a woman
pays you a compliment, like she tells you, you're so good at that, or you look amazing in that,
or you're so kind, treat it as a sign that she likes you. Then pay her a genuine compliment
in return and consider making a move. She laughs at your jokes. If a woman consistently laughs at
your jokes, it is her way of saying that she finds you attractive and smart. For this reason,
laughter is often a good indicator that she wants you to make a move. Plus, laughing puts everybody
in a good mood, which can also stoke romantic flames. On the flip side, if you notice a woman
is not laughing at your jokes, there is a very strong chance she is not interested and you
shouldn't make a move. She puts her best foot forward with you. You know how when you're
leaving the house and you think you might run into your crush, you might take special care to
make sure your shirt isn't wrinkled, or that you smell good, or maybe you do 25 push-ups so you
know your arms are looking good. Women do the same thing. If you notice that she has put extra
effort into putting her best foot forward, like she's wearing a really nice outfit, or she's
specially done her hair, or makeup, or nails, these are all signs that she's putting her best foot
forward with you and she might want you to make a move. Because remember, effort equals interest.
She makes herself available to you. This is one of the most potent signs that a woman wants you
to make a move. For example, you ask her what she's doing this weekend and she tells you she
doesn't have any plans, or she asks you what you're doing this weekend and she mentions it sounds fun,
or she enthusiastically follows through when you make plans with her. These are all signs that she
probably wants you to make a move. This one doesn't require a lot of explanation. By making herself
available, she's giving you more opportunities to make a move, so act on them. She looks over
at you often. Have you ever been at a coffee shop or a housewarming party and every time you look
over at a specific girl, she's looking back at you? When a woman repeatedly glances at you,
it is often a sign she wants you to make a move. Body language expert Monica Moore did research on
courtship, which I'm going to link below, and what her study found was that women will
deliberately glance across the room to capture a man's attention and signal him to approach.
Obviously, there are situations where repeated eye contact doesn't mean a woman wants you to
make a move, like maybe a bird pooped on your shoulder or you have something in your teeth,
but especially in combination with some of the other signs we've talked about, repeated and
deliberate eye contact can absolutely mean that she wants you to make a move. And if you're close
enough to notice, look at her pupils. If they are dilated, it is often a sign that she is
romantically interested. Her friends bring her up to you. Remember how in middle school, if you
wanted to communicate your interest to a girl, it often involved a game of telephone and sometimes
even brokering between friends. Luckily, most people have grown out of that by this age, but
you will notice that oftentimes a woman's friends will mention her to you if they know that she
wants you to make a move. This isn't a deliberately avoidant tactic. It's usually just a function of
that women don't generally want to directly discuss their feelings with you, the guy,
and that they are generally more open and free with their feelings to their girlfriends. Plus,
everybody loves to play Cupid. So if you notice a woman's friends are bringing her up to you in
conversation or maybe even saying something direct, like you guys would look really cute
together, make a move already. She's interested in your personal life. Just like how effort equals
interest, interest also equals interest. When a woman is highly engaged in the things going on in
your personal life, like she wants to know the details of a work project, or she asks how your
family and friends are doing, or she wants to know the details of an upcoming trip you're taking.
These are all signs that she might want you to make a move. In general, people are as interested
in the activities you're involved in as they are interested in you. This is why your mom will sit
and talk to you on the phone about your trip to the grocery store and what new yogurts you found
when that same story would bore basically anybody else to tears. In short, if a girl engages in your
personal life, especially the more mundane details, there is a chance she is interested
in becoming more than friends. She remembers things you said. The same interest equals interest
principle applies here too. If a woman remembers things you said, especially random details like
your birthday, or what day you're getting back from vacation, or the work project you're working
on, these all signal that she is paying attention, interested in you, and therefore might want you
to make a move. This is because we tend to remember details that are subconsciously important to us.
So when a woman remembers these details about your personal life, it is a sign that you are on her
mind. I hope you found those 10 signs helpful. Just remember that signs seldom mean much in
isolation, so it's important that you look for multiple signs from any one woman. And also when
I say make a move in this context, I'm generally referring to asking her for her phone number,
asking her on a date, or asking her for a second date. If you found this video helpful,
