My Korean Podcast
Welcome. I'm Jisoo.
It's been 3 months since I turned on the microphone again.
I'm sure some of you have been wondering why it's been so quiet.
I'll tell you everything today.
There was a big change for me in the meantime.
We're finally opening our own space in Hongdae, My Korean Studio.
Actually, I've been preparing for a long time.
I had to stop the podcast for a while while changing the name and preparing a new space.
The new name of my Korean!
My Korean contains my little wish.
I want to make a Korean class that is perfect for someone.
And it's not just a place to learn Korean.
I wanted to create a warm community where we can communicate and grow together.
If the existing name was a wing that spread widely,
Now I want to be a little closer to you.
I wanted to connect directly.
Then, can I tell you more about My Korean Studio?
We choose the space ourselves and do the interior ourselves.
It's a space that I really love.
Listen to it now and imagine it in your head.
The first thing you see when you open the door.
It's a round circle in the middle of a white, clean space.
It says My Korean Studio in it.
It's neat and pretty.
In autumn, I put a pretty maple decoration around the circle.
There's a lobby space on the left.
I tried to make this place a warm place where everyone can relax and talk.
And beyond the glass wall in the lobby,
You can see the streets of Hongdae at a glance.
If you look at the scenery,
I felt like my heart was open.
There's a small cafeteria on the other side.
You can have a cup of hot tea or scented coffee there.
And there are a total of four classrooms inside.
There are three small classrooms and one large classroom.
Not only Korean classes,
but also various cultural experiences and meetings will be held here.
Please look forward to it.
While preparing for this space,
What I wanted most was not just to come to learn Korean,
but to stay together, talk, learn, and share.
With the heart to start everything over like this,
Now, I'm going to start this podcast under the name of My Korean.
In the future, in this My Korean podcast,
I'm going to continue to show you Korean culture, daily expressions,
and my real stories.
In a new space, with a new name,
and still with you.
To those who listened to my story and studied together,
and those who left warm support in the comments,
I really wanted to tell you this news as soon as possible.
It's really nice to meet you again.
Let's meet again often.
Bye
