Recipe:
1 egg.
100 ml warm water.
100 ml warm milk.
0.5 tsp salt.
1 tbsp sugar.
4 g yeast.
Mix well.
300 g oats.
4 tbsp vegetable oil.
Let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
450 g Suluguni cheese.
Divide the dough into two parts.
Roll out the dough.
Place a portion of cheese on top.
Repeat with the second portion.
