First Cruise - Fly Cruise into Malta - how does it work.

Flying to meet a ship can have variations, but whichever way it happens you have to be immigrated to the ship's care. In Malta, you must go into the country, and out into the ship. Not as easy as the Caribbean. Here is what happens.
