2 Years Off. 0 Training. 100% Obstacle Completion. The Spartan Race Comeback NOBODY Expected

It's been a little over 2 years since we have been to a Spartan Race and since Micah J has run one. We went to the Atlanta Spartan Trifecta Weekend (where they did the Spartan Beast, Spartan Super, and the Spartan Sprint all in the same weekend). Micah J decided he would run the Sprint (approximately a 5k but ended up being around 4 miles). Despite me telling him to do some training, he never did. He just did a little cardio a couple times. So I wasn't sure how he would do but boy did he surprise both of us! haha... The boys still has it from those younger years!
