This move is all about pushing and pulling.
Very rubber bandy.
Which also means you need a lot of bending for the pushing.
This one's pushing.
Pushing.
This one's pulling.
So whenever you push with this one, you bend.
Push.
Now you're pushing with this one and you're pulling with this one.
Push.
For the front foot, it's mostly toes.
You can balance with your heel, but you're mostly leaning into your toes.
It helps if you think of the front leg as parallel to the front of the room.
So straight this way.
This back leg is tilting like we're going backwards.
For the majority of this move, I'm leaning on the toes.
So I'm just dragging the heels and I'm using the heels as a sort of balance point.
It's kind of like each time I'm going onto my toes to move,
and then I'm bouncing onto my heels for that balance.
It's like you do a V and then an X.
V, X.
And it really does help to keep this one straight and this one in the direction you're about to go.
Pull this one, push into this one.
V, X.
Push into this one at an angle.
Pull this one.
V, X.
Push into this one.
Pull into this one.
V, X.
Really get that bounce on.
And then try front snake to back snake.
