28-mile Diameter! NASA just Fed New 3I ATLAS Data and Its results Terrified Scientists...
Only 66 days remain … a destiny-shaping moment is drawing near.
On October 29, 2025, 3I/ATLAS will reach its closest approach to the Sun - perihelion.
But here’s the chilling part: at that exact moment, the Sun, Earth, and 3I/ATLAS will align perfectly on a straight line. Which means...our view of it will vanish temporarily.
Ironically, when the best chance … we go blind to its greatest secrets.
Its trajectory grows stranger by the day. The signs are there - both obvious and mysterious. Where did it come from? Why did it choose this exact moment… to appear in our solar system? Is this merely a rare interstellar comet? Or is it something far more extraordinary… beyond even Oumuamua, the object that once shook the scientific world?
Too many questions remain. Yet the answers? No one dares to confirm. Data keeps pouring in. Hypotheses keep colliding. Numbers keep being recalculated.
No scientist, no space agency, can afford hesitation anymore.
Because the ultimate question now is: Does this massive interstellar visitor carry danger… or is it a message - a signal - from beyond the stars?

Recently, Professor Avi Loeb shared something truly fascinating. A NASA team working with the SPHEREx space observatory has just reported fresh data on the mysterious interstellar visitor – 3I/ATLAS.
Between August 8th and 12th, 2025, when 3I/ATLAS was about 3.2 AU from the Sun, SPHEREx captured three infrared images at wavelengths of 3.0, 4.26, and 4.7 micrometers. These wavelengths correspond to the emission lines of water vapor, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide.
But here’s the surprise: no signs of water, and no CO either. Instead, SPHEREx detected a massive, glowing cloud of carbon dioxide surrounding 3I/ATLAS – stretching at least 348,000 kilometers. Calculations show the object is losing mass at a rate of about 70 kilograms of CO2 per second, while water loss is almost nonexistent, far below earlier claims of strong water activity.

This raises a major puzzle. 3I/ATLAS isn’t that far beyond the “water ice line” of our Solar System, where water should easily sublimate. So why do we see CO2, but no water?
Spectral reflections hint at a surface mixture of water ice, CO2 ice, and organic compounds – similar to Kuiper Belt objects exposed to harsh cosmic radiation. Yet, that still doesn’t explain the missing water cloud.
Even more curious, SPHEREx images show 3I/ATLAS as a sharp, compact point source. No dust tail, no large coma. This explains the image obtained from Hubble also suggests the strange reddish light we see isn’t from dust at all, but from the object’s own surface reflecting sunlight. Which means this thing is big… and dominated by its rocky, icy exterior rather than a cloud of dust.
