Aussiecams - I think i can , i think i can no wait - WHOOPS! Altona North VIC

This time a BLACK suv waits for traffic to stop to cross a busy melbourne road. DC truck keeps clear on the intersection. Black suv edges across the 'KEEP CLEAR' intersection until it believes the opportunity presents itself to GO and an Allied Express truck (appears to be moving quickly towards the intersection) collide with each other.
