This time although this is a minor incident - this is reason you should have a dash cam installed in your vehicle. Clearly the front car rolls back into the stationary car with dashcam. As you can see, when drivers disuss what happened by the body language, the driver denies rolling back. If the driver with dash cam did not have evidence this was not the case - insurance would deem that the driver would be liable for $1000 excess.
From DC owner Qun - The lady denied that her car was moving backward, and she insisted that I was the one crashing her car instead. Luckily, I got the dash cam recording as a proof.
