✨ These cookies are called "Winter Kisses" – delicate, nutty, and simply heavenly!
They originate from an old Alpine bakery, where they were traditionally baked only in winter. Today, you can enjoy them year-round with this simple recipe!
🥣 Ingredients:
🔺120 g butter
🔺40 g powdered sugar
🔺A pinch of salt
🔺8 g vanilla sugar
🔺40 g sour cream
🔺30 g cornstarch
🔺40 g ground walnuts
🔺200–220 g flour
🔺1 tsp baking powder
🔺For the glaze: 150 g white chocolate, 10 g vegetable oil, 70 g chopped walnuts
👩🍳 Recipe:
Cream together the butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar.
Add the sour cream and cornstarch.
Fold in the walnuts, flour, and baking powder until a soft dough forms.
Shape into small balls and bake at 170 °C for about 20 minutes.
Allow to cool, dip in melted chocolate with nuts, and let dry.
