āButter (soft) ā 150 g
āPowdered sugar ā 80 g
āWheat flour ā 150ā180 g
āEggs ā 2 pieces
Vanilla ā to taste, a pinch of salt.
š Bake at 180 °C for about 12 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.

Depending on the quality of the flour, butter, and size of the eggs, you may need a little more or less flour. Add the flour gradually and knead the dough until it reaches the consistency shown in the video.

If you donāt have a piping tip, simply cut off the tip of a piping bag. You can also use a regular cookie cutter. The cookies may not be perfectly round, but the taste will remain unchanged.

You can make the cookies slightly larger or smaller according to your preference.

āBaking powder ā 1/2 tsp
Divide the dough into two equal parts. To the second portion, add:
āCocoa powder ā 1 tbsp
āMilk or water ā 2 tbsp
š Bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.

Depending on the quality of the flour, the required time may be slightly longer or shorter. Knead the dough until it reaches the consistency shown in the video, so it easily comes out of the bag while still holding its shape.

If you do not want to bake chocolate chip cookies, simply omit the cocoa powder.
