These recent bankruptcies have garnered close attention from the marketplace because they represent the very real possibility serious cracks have already weakened credit markets...to the point even the stock market (part of it, anyway) is taking a hard look. Ally, Bread Financial, Affirm, even Capital One, they've all see their stocks plummet. There's more here than it seems because of all the noise about share indexes and their own record highs.
