Howdy, boys and girls. We are in the
water.
Let us go and see what we can do. But
first, we got to go pick our butt up.
Me best mate's in town. He's just picked
himself up a new toy. I will show you
that. We're going to do a little walk
around of it. This is E.
Look at the fella. There's me best bud
Key Brown. Hey, he's just come and got
his little dream toe. He's already got
his big boat, but we'll go through that
a bit later.
>> Really nice boat, man. I love it. It's
just nice.
>> That's full tilt for two of us. 61K.
>> Nice.
[Music]
Oh, yeah. Beautiful.
We got a bit of different baits today.
We got some red meat. Went to old
carajon gay meat and got some kangaroo,
some skippy skip, some kangawala skip if
you will. And we'll see how that goes. I
am a firm believer in my chicken.
Throw it out the left side.
Perfect. One pot in the water, boys.
Your [ __ ] skip was going to go all
right, I reckon though.
>> You reckon?
>> I reckon.
>> Get some skip in there then.
This is PG, boys.
>> All right, head straight across. And
look at these ones, Ken. And only three
arms.
>> One.
>> It's a new one. He's bought it out.
>> Are they just as good?
>> The rings are welded now, so you don't
need as many uprightes cuz the rings are
so strong.
>> Clever.
You be making a killing off these plots.
>> Yeah, he's he But there there's a reason
why, bro. Money back guarantee. He does.
>> Yeah. Yeah. If you're not happy with a
money back guarantee.
>> That's pretty cool.
>> Yeah.
>> Like what do you
>> especially in today's
tight?
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. I'll complain about that.
>> You already did.
>> Yeah. No, I'll pull them all in and do
that [ __ ] stuff tomorrow. the dirty bit.
>> I'll try and
>> slow down. I want one here.
>> Just put it in neutral.
>> Put it in neutral. I want one around
here.
I know in my it might just look like
everywhere else, but there's reasons.
There's gutters that go back up.
Everyone thinks Curry just throws in
hopes, but no. Curry does his due
diligence. comes down here at low tide,
learns where the gutters are.
And there's one back about five meters.
>> Yeah, buddy. Not bad. Good size. Look at
that end.
Pots are in. We're going back home to
have a few more of these. I'll see you
tomorrow on the water.
>> Hear that? If it touches the pontoon,
he's failed his mission.
Oh, he's nearly thrown curry in the
drink. He's done well. We'll give him a
9.5.
>> Oh, there's going to be a big day, eh?
>> There's got to be a big day, Joe.
We start We started a bit late.
>> Oh. Oh, what's wrong there, big fella?
>> Nothing. Nothing at all.
What did um did Kenny Weenie have a bit
of [ __ ] a bit of first night fever
there, mate?
>> Hey,
>> I don't feel well, would I?
>> Curry called it at midnight. I think I
still heard this fell at 3:00 a.m.
This fell. Oh, look at his jump, bro.
>> Right shoulder.
>> Yeah, he spewed up on the way down here,
guys, in case you didn't. Oh, you're
talking to the camera.
[Music]
>> Why do you kneel down on the bottom?
That's illegal.
>> I'm trying not to swear. Just say no.
>> Yeah. Do very You're doing very good.
>> Good boy.
>> I'm so proud of you, Keeny.
>> Ah, that's Oh,
>> yes. There's two goodies in there.
>> Your microwave's getting a workout,
mate.
And
yeah,
>> look at the excitement. It's like a
little kid.
>> Look at the size of that thing. That rip
your off.
>> He couldn't help it. He had to swim. Let
me get it,
>> bro. Are you serious? Are you [ __ ]
Look at the size of that. Wow.
Wow. Kyle,
>> he's a goodie,
>> bro.
>> He's a goodie.
>> Is that the biggest one you've ever got?
>> No kidding.
>> Biggest one I've ever seen.
>> Where's that?
>> Bro, that's amazing.
>> I'm going to have a heart attack. That's
[ __ ] man.
>> Whoa.
>> He's 18 across the back. He's a goodie,
>> bro.
>> 18 cm crabs. The biggest crab he's ever
seen.
>> I think Jenny's everything.
Have a good
>> dude. Is that full?
>> Yeah, he's chockers.
>> Is he?
>> Jockers. Middle one's the one you want.
Middle one. The middle one.
>> If that's if that's hard, he's full.
>> Wow.
>> He can get you there.
>> Wow.
Wow. Bud, that is unreal.
>> I reckon that fell in there is legal,
too.
>> Bro,
he can go away.
>> I don't know. Check it. Could be close.
I
>> reckon he's under this one.
>> Yeah.
He looks empty anyway. Yeah. Anyway,
>> if he's empty, you're very lucky.
>> It'd be a sandwich for me.
>> Eat half a sandwich. That's the problem.
The
>> size of that thing, bro.
>> I just want to
>> That's got to be like 80 years old, that
animal.
>> He is a goodie. He's heavy.
>> Wow.
He is a goodie.
>> He's heavy.
>> Wow.
And
>> this one's too little, so he can go
back.
>> Wait, check him. He's empty, too. [ __ ]
>> Got another sandwich. Chuck a bit of
kangaroo in this.
>> Yeah. Where's the kangaroo at?
>> Under the floor.
spot back in the same spot or
>> uh no not with these pots here. I might
go across. We'll have a look.
>> We'll have a look at some spots.
>> You want to go up a bit?
>> Yeah. I'm thinking
>> that's the biggest crab I've ever seen.
Eh,
>> really?
>> That's That's a giant, bro. That would
rip your off.
Like
>> that's an arm meter.
>> Wow.
>> That's like a sandwich. A sandwich.
You make a few sandwiches if you skimp
on the meat.
Are you [ __ ] serious?
God damn this.
>> Ow. I [ __ ] love crabs. I
>> I really love crabs.
>> Burn in my finger.
I
>> mean, that's 2 kilos or
>> Yeah, that that probably would be 1.8
minimum.
>> So, that's like a $100 crab in the shop,
easy.
>> Easy, but
just an average crab for curry.
>> I caught this.
>> He didn't even set the pot up.
>> I told him where to throw it though,
>> apparently.
>> Pot number two, boys and girls.
Don't rub it on the boat, Queeny. I just
reminding you in case you forgot. That's
all. I don't need,
>> you know, I own a boat.
>> I don't need the negativity looks.
>> We got another one.
>> I think it might be a bit on the light
side, but
>> yeah, we might have to sense that back
side.
>> It might be a floater.
That's
>> what you get, eh? Lessons will be
learned.
Let me
>> Jack, can you pass to the kangaroo?
>> He's not a dog.
>> He's not
>> He's not a fly. He's as hard as a rock.
>> So
when they're clean like that, why? Why?
>> He's just been out in the coral, eating
coral, not hanging out in the mud. He's
usually legal.
>> Yeah, right.
>> Number two, look at the barnacles on
>> barnacles.
>> So that's not a new shell.
>> That's not a new
>> That's just a clean crab. That's He will
be tastier than that dude.
>> He'll be way tast
>> way tastier than that other dude.
>> The the crab if he's full, the more
tasty it is.
>> Do you actually reckon?
>> Yeah, 100%. They're sweeter.
Way sweeter.
Are you serious?
No, mine.
If
>> you don't shake the paint yours.
>> No, I don't have one out at the moment.
>> One.
>> Flip him out.
>> I don't know. He might
>> He might not. That's a Jenny. The bigger
one.
>> No, he'll he'll go

Bruce.
I got a guy.
[Music]
>> Is they?
>> Oh, wow. Flying free.
>> They're deceiving some of them, eh? Yes.
All right, Kang.
>> Yes.
[Music]
>> Oh my god.
>> That's two, I reckon.
>> Are they going to be maybe? I don't
know. I don't think any of them.
>> Oh, that Oh, there's one there.
>> Yeah, that fell trying to get out the
escape. You got a big escape thing.
>> You got a big body.
He's a rusty one, a
>> Yeah.
closer.
>> Yes,
>> he's good.
>> No, he's good.
>> He's a jester, but he's a good
Look,
there's one that's got the hat on his
back. I reckon he's legal.
That one's under.
>> Oh, he's um his little spikes ripped
off.
>> Yeah, but you can go to the second
strike
goes from there to No, he's
>> under
>> because of his because of his deformity.
crabs in here though.
>> Three from four. Bit of bit of kangaroo
for that fell.
>> They're like there's some good crabs in
here.
>> Yeah.
>> You know the croc actually comes up.
Carl British.
>> Yeah, Kyle. I wouldn't even There's
crabs in it though. Yeah,
>> there's crabs in it.
>> There's a big crab in it.
>> Oh, that is real.
>> Yeah.
That's too soft, mate. I'm down to my
thighs.
>> You're not getting it, Ken. I'm telling
you, bud. You're going to go for your
weight. Bottomless, Millie.
>> I'm a bit heavier than you.
>> Why don't I get in?
>> Oh no. What have I done?
>> This boat's going to be keen and kick
them legs off.
Wow.
Wow.
>> Bro, look at the crab right there.
>> Yeah, I got an idea, though.
Move. Grab that
[Music]
old time on.
It's pretty well in the mud.
Cut me hand
>> anchored.
>> Now I've got to go there.
[Music]
>> Yeah. Go.
>> Go on.
Boom. Back it.
A little bit of water. A little bit of
warning for that would have been nice,
bud.
Just ran and dived
off the boat. Pull the crap on.
No, no need for that.
>> Is that a crab?
That is the happiest I've been in ages.
>> He feels real good.
>> Are you serious?
>> That deserves a knife.
That middle one
maybe. I
Look at that.
>> Shut up, Jack.
If you if a crocodile comes, you
literally got to like you got to move
like croc.
>> There's no walking.
>> You had pretty good movement.
[Laughter]
I
>> put it this way, mate. You couldn't have
paid me 1,000 bucks to do that.
And if you hadn't, there's no way I
would have floated around that water for
as long as you did afterwards.
>> Look, I just hope there's a leap of crab
out of that.
All I'm hoping for.
>> Oh,
crops got in there, bud.
>> Great
legal or what?
>> It would have been easily legal.
So he's a big cop.
Wow.
>> He's living like that though.
>> Oh my god.
>> Yes.
>> Well, I haven't done that in a long
time. Eh.
>> Yeah. Doesn't it make you feel alive
though?
>> It does a little
right, mad boy.
>> You said you wanted to go for a swim, so
stop talking.
This one alive.
See a few.
>> [ __ ] There's a lot of clouds in this
bike, man.
[Music]
Yeah, we did.
>> You wouldn't go hungry. Oh, no. Honey,
>> could I get a small for the camera?
Keenan,
>> I don't think there's a legal one in
there.
>> Give me a look at him.
>> I don't think he
came up off the back.
>> That's a deep journey.
>> I managed to stay clean, mate. Please,
please, mate.
[Music]
Whoa, this one.
He's lost his nipple, but we got him.
>> Nice. I probably throw snipper in the
cooler.
>> No, not in there. Nothing fish
>> related go there. Thank you, bro.
>> Is it for me? Good.
>> Oh, thank you. I thought you just going
to be draw.
You can tell me to read the tide as good
as I want. If we got down here when I
wanted to be here, they would have all
been underwater.
Yeah, your beer. Wow.
>> No, that not mine. That mine.
>> That might be yours.
>> I never had a beer. This is my first
beer since I lost
when I first got any
was coming. I was on a bar. But
>> it's been here for months, man.
>> Really?
>> Yeah.
There's a rope coming out this side. Jo,
just careful
coming out this way.
Stink.
Oh, stink.
>> Look at the fly blowing on that top
[ __ ] Yeah,
>> the eagle there, bro.
>> Yeah, he'd be he'd be the [ __ ] chilling
on
>> the sand he is.
>> Oh, that's big. Get me out of here.
>> All right. Hello everybody. Today we're
making crab cob loaf. So we're going to
do mini cobs today and we're going to
use some crab meat that's um car and
we're going to put some prawns in some
as well. So we're going to try out some
recipes that
we like to use at home. Um but today
we're actually going to try a sweet
chili crab cobloaf as well as just a
crab and prawn cobloaf. So we'll show
you all the ingredients and then we'll
go from there. So for the cobloaf base,
any cobloaf that you make, all you need
to put in is sour cream, Philly cheese,
and normal cheese. Always salt and
pepper as well. Today, we're going to
add garlic,
um, onion, and some shellots. On the
sweet chili one, we're going to add some
sweet chili sauce. And yeah, but you can
watch us mix it all up and make it, and
we'll go from there.
I'm going to mix all of this up and then
um we'll come back and I'll add the crab
and the prawn and we'll do that
together. All right. So, now we're going
to add the crab and the prawn. So, we've
got some beautiful yummy prawns. I've
just cut them up so that they go in
there. They're not too chunky. We're
doing mini cobs today rather than a big
cob because we just want to try out some
new recipes and see if this sweet chili
one is going to work. So, first we're
going to add this is the mixture with
the Philly cheese, the cheese, and the
sour cream. So, it's just all mixed up.
The biggest part is making sure that the
Philly cheese is soft and all mixed
together.
We'll put the prawns in first.
And then
I got some yummy crab. I say yummy crab.
I don't eat it, but everybody else says
they're yummy. So, I'm just going to run
with that.
And then about the same
How about the same with the crab?
[Music]
>> Once we've mixed all this in, we're
actually going to
split this into two. So, we're just
going to have a mud crab and porn one.
And then we're going to have a sweet
chili mud crab and prawn. And we're
going to see how it goes. I'm going to
put some garlic in. And then I'm going
to cut the roll. Got the oven
preheating, so it's going to be all
ready to go in together.
>> Oh my goodness.
So, now I'm going to put a little bit of
garlic in just the one that's just going
to be crab and corn. And some salt and
pepper.
And some salt and pepper in this one,
too.
Plenty of pepper.
Going to put some onion in this one.
>> A bit more. And definitely some shelots.
So, I'm going to put shelots in both
because we like shallots.
Once this one is all mixed up, this one
itself is going to be done. And then
we're just going to add some sweet chili
sauce and
hopefully it goes from there. Obviously,
this is the first time we've made the
seafood cobloaf, so anything we don't
like, we'll just change next time. And
we'll just keep trying it until we get
the recipe right the way that we want
it.
See how that goes.
I'm going to add a little bit more just
to make it nice and sweet. And then I'm
going to cut the rolls out and show you
how I go from there.
And then once it's all done, they go in
the oven. Stir them maybe once just to
mix up the mixture so it goes nice and
warm all the way through. And once it's
all crispy, it's good to serve.
All you've got to do with these is I've
got some seated buns and some tiger buns
just to try something new. But you just
cut the middle out.
I'm going to put all this into a bag
because I don't put the lids in and the
inserts until it's nearly ready because
otherwise it will just burn. It just
cooks far too quickly.
It's just as simple as that. Just
hollowing it out. Ready to go. I'm just
going to do one more of each and then
they'll we'll have one of each to try
>> and then we can get some reviews and see
if it's worth it, whether they're going
to like it.
All
[Music]
right, I'm just going to clean this up
and then I'm going to show you pulling
them in.
All right, now they are ready to go into
the oven.
It's just on 180 fanforced on a middle
rack and I will update you when I check
them. So, I'm going to put them in. I'm
just going to keep an eye on them. About
halfway through. When I can see them
starting to go a bit golden brown, I'll
stir them up and then they'll go in for
one last time and then I'll actually do
the bread separate. But you can do the
bread on here with them. You just put it
in on that last turn. I just won't
because it's not really the tray is not
really big enough. So, I will get
another tray and just do the bread
separate and then I'll show you the
finished product. All right, it's time
to check them and see how they're
traveling. Ooh. Oops.
fogged you up a bit. I'm just going to
grab them out and then we're going to
stir them and see how they're going. You
got to make sure that they're like nice
and smooth and creamy and that's when
you'll know when they're ready.
Oops. Turning everything on here.
[Music]
Some people like to do cobble with
cream. I don't. I prefer it like this.
But it's whatever you want to do really.
They are actually nearly ready.
[Music]
So,
just give them a stir.
These buns are nice and crispy, and
that's what you want. So, once you go
through the bits of bread that we're
going to put with it, you just break
apart the roll itself. It's the best
part about cockloaf.
[Music]
All right. So, they are actually nearly
ready. I'm going to pop them back in.
I'm going to get the bread and pop the
bread in. I'll show you that, too. And
then once it's all ready, I'll show you
it and I'll set you back up so you can
see me prepare it and set it out.
So, I've just put the bread out like
this. Some people like to flip the tops
the other way. I want these to be nice
and crunchy. So, I'm going to do them
this way. I'm going to put them in.
Probably going to have to
swap them over. So, what I'm going to do
is I'm going to wait for these to crisp
over the top and I'm going to swap them
and then they won't need long.
Right. So, I've gotten them out and they
look really good. I'm just going to put
the bread in and garnish them and then
we'll show you the finished product.
It's going to be good.
>> All right, let's have a look at them.
Hey,
All right, we'll take them out.
I was getting a bit worried. I was going
to get stuck and
>> Oh, Curry has been out cleaning the
boat. Kenan didn't help, but we got a
mad feed here. Look at this crab and
prawn cobbler, boys and girls.
>> Give her a round of applause, guys. Well
done. I don't know what went into it,
but bloody hell, it smells good.
>> Before you go, these ones are sweet
chili, and these ones are just crab and
prawn and just a normal cobweb base.
Grab one first.
>> Thank you very much. This is amazing.
Thank you.
>> Bruce, you want sweet chili on normal?
>> No, sweet chili.
>> That's sweet chili.
>> I'll have sweet chili, too.
>> Have you had a bite? Has anyone had a
bite yet? Is it good?
>> Is it good?
>> Mhm.
>> It's good.
>> I need to check.
>> What?
>> Yeah, sure.
>> Oh, okay.
>> I want reviews. It might be [ __ ] Might
be good.
>> It's amazing.
>> I love eating prawn.
>> No one.
>> Yeah. Can I have a taste first?
>> Yeah.
>> You got prawn.
>> Here you go, babe.
Try that.
>> Oh, that's so nice and sweet.
>> That's good. E,
>> you like it?
>> Get in my belly. No, that's not bad,
guys.
>> You You did You did great, babe.
>> I'm just going to park up a seat here
and devour this monster. Well, not a
monster, but
Oh, that crab's sweet in it.
>> E.
>> Bit of a pan.
>> Well, there you have it. Prawn and crab
coblo. Even baby wants some. I'll catch
us on the next one. Hope you enjoyed the
5 m crocodile. Getting the crap off. The
big fella's headed home. But before he
left, Curry marked his territory.
We got one on that side, identical on
the other side, and we even got a little
bumper up here. So, you'll see some
footage coming up Can's way from a um
Sidu Explorer Pro.
>> See, buddy,
>> probably no fish action, but plenty of
jet skiing action. Go really fast.
>> See you, brother. Bye.
>> Cheers.
