Recipe and Ingredients:
¾ cup (75 g) almond flour.
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp dried garlic.
¼ cup (25 g) coconut flour.
2 tbsp (14 g) psyllium husk.
2 tsp (8 g) baking powder.
4 eggs.
½ cup (140 g) Greek yogurt.
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil.
2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella.
1 bunch green onions.
1 small head of broccoli (250 g), finely chopped, stems removed.
olive oil.
a splash of water.
simmer for 5 minutes.
puree lightly with an immersion blender.
add dry ingredients and mix well.
let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
grease your hands and form buns.
sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 22-25 minutes, or until golden brown at 375°F (190°C).
