Doddington Hall and Gardens in Lincolnshire
We visited Doddington Hall and Gardens in Lincolnshire, and although it is not a cruise destination, we thought you might like to see what we captured on our smartphone. We visit a lot of stately homes, palaces, and country manors, as all cruisers have the opportunity to, but this was a surprise we were not expecting. My pictures do not even touch on the work they do or the estates they have. However, they do cover what you will see on a short visit.
There is so much more, and they do so much more; from their conservation work to the evening dining, which has a full vegan menu as well as a traditional menu. The snaps are a taster of what you might find there. If you are travelling on the M1 near Lincoln, the estate is worth a visit. We underestimated what this tourist attraction and home has to offer and suggest you afford it more time than you expect and research their website after watching our short film.
