Let’s kick calories⚡️ with this 30 MIN FAT BURNING CARDIO TABATA HIIT WORKOUT

This kickboxing style TABATA is a true sweat💦session. This is definitely a training type in which you get out what you put into it, so make sure to push yourself hard all the way through!💥🥊

20x10 intervals of cardio kickboxing exercises are combined with upper body, core and leg exercises that target the abdominals, obliques and lower back, so the routine focuses on cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, stress reduction, improved coordination and speed.

All of these combinations of moves can require quite a lot of coordination; don't feel bad if you lack it!

► DURATION: 30 minutes
►TIMER: 20 sec on, 10 sec off
